Lisa Vanderpump appeared on Wednesday night’s episode of Watch What Happens Livewhere he showed his reaction to the new reveal of Tom Sandoval‘s alleged month long relationship with Rachel Lewis.
In addition to the comments Scheana ShayThe reported attack on Raquel, offered an update on the status of her professional relationship with Sandoval, and revealed how it went Ariana Madix have coped with the news, Lisa admitted that the Vanderpump Rules scandal has left him feeling “gobsmacked” and “flabbergasted”.
“I mean, I have no words. I didn’t see it coming — nobody did,” Lisa said in the March 8 episode WWHL.
While Raquel is rumored to be following her relationship with Sandoval while in New York City with Scheana to perform on WWHL, Scheana said he flipped, giving Raquel a black eye. And when the picture provided of the black eye has been drawn into question, Lisa told the host Andy Cohen he believes Scheana did, in fact, get physical with his now-ex-boyfriend.
“Yes, it is. I think he did. I think he slapped her in the chops,” Lisa said. “But you know what? Her feelings are going to be very high because Ariana has been her best friend for 12 years … They grew up together. So she really likes Ariana.
There are also reports that claim Tom Schwartz was aware of the rumored relationship before it was revealed last Friday.
“Schwartz and Sandy, I think they were close, I mean I was less surprised when you said Schwartz and Sandy got together than Scandoval and Raquel,” Lisa joked. “But I think he’s sitting on the fence so tight it’s up a-. It’s true and I think he’s trying to solve everything and play both sides. I think he knows something, but we’ll find out.
One of the main concerns on the minds of many is the future of the Sandoval and Schwartz businesses, including Schwartz & Sandy and TomTom, which Lisa owns with Toms and her husband, Ken Todd.
“Well, you’ll see something at the reunion where the dynamic has changed,” Lisa teased.
But when it comes to potential purchases, Lisa insists they haven’t discussed anything like that.
“He is my partner. I will stay with him unless he needs money,” he said. “I don’t know… It’s so fast and it feels like a rough, bumpy ride, I haven’t made any decisions yet.”
“I never trusted Tom as a business partner,” he continued. “I mean, I believe that he’s not going to steal or anything, but to follow, I mean, have you seen the show? It’s been a lot of head-banging on the side. I want to be very direct about my feelings here, I love everyone. .. But sometimes no. I mean, I wouldn’t leave the baby with her, of course.
He also stayed out of Ariana’s sandwich shop Katie Maloney.
“I never planned it [to invest] … I’m there to support them but I don’t want to be in business with every single person who works for me,” he explained.
When Lisa was later asked about the reaction of her adoring fans to Scandoval, she The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum seems to have compassion for the situation.
“This, because, this kind of vigilante justice, I do not agree. I am a person who lives in a public forum, which is very difficult. There are many infidels in the world. It is not like killing others,” he thought. “It is a show but all the same ache. And I’m not saying we should let it go. Punish the actions but don’t punish the people.”
Going on, Lisa threw some shade at her former co-star, Kyle Richards and Add Chest.
“All this aggression can have serious consequences. I mean really. I think everyone should be careful with that. I don’t like it and I don’t want to see it except for Kyle or Lisa Rinna,” he said.
As filming continues and Sandoval and Raquel are reportedly still seeing each other, Lisa admits she’s not sure if they’re dating or not.
“Well, I don’t know. It’s been a long time. That’s what surprised me. It’s not a shag,” he noted. “[But I wouldn’t be surprised if they were in love] because it’s been so long. I think they have a game plan, I think it’s to get through the reunion, then let the bomb kind of drop and if there is another season, then have a few weeks, a few months for people to get used to it. But just by longevity, I mean, I think he loves Ariana.
In addition to having seen Ariana post-scandal, Lisa said the two have also filmed together and showed how Ariana continues to rise.
“Obviously now it’s an integral part of the story. We have to tell the real story,” he said. “I’ll tell you the words I’ll use [to describe her] has been damaged. Lots of tears. Ariana has always been a ride-or-die girlfriend … I think Raquel is a ‘ride’ girlfriend, she’s a ‘die’ girlfriend.”
Responding to a question from a fan, Lisa said that she thought it was hypocritical for Lala to consider Sandoval and Raquel’s relationship after having a relationship with her. James Kennedy while dating Randall Emmett.
“That’s very different,” Lisa said. “I also think that Sandoval has repeatedly called Lala out for not living her true life, to be honest, when she was with Randall, and she was really humiliated by Sandoval, and now she’s like ‘I’m going to have a good meal. Next time I see you.’ I think he’s not happy.
Also in WWHLLisa was asked about Raquel going after Oliver competes with Lala in the latest episode of Pump Rules.
“Who doesn’t follow Oliver?” he wondered. “He’s a chip off the old block. [Garcelle Beauvais’] son, he asked me to give him a job and I was kind [hesitant] but he has been a blessing. it’s a win-win. He is a good man [and] I love Oliver.”
And when asked if Raquel applied to work at SUR Restaurant as Rachel or Raquel, Lisa said she “probably” applied under her real name, “Rachel.”
