As we have reported this week, the The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum is back in the news for all the wrong reasons. As the first time out on Tuesday, Lisa and her husband Ken Toddrestaurants Pump and TomTom reportedly had its liquor license suspended by California officials earlier this month.
TomTom got its license restored quickly after a few days in limbo. But Pump was worse, with delays continuing until last week. Got the goods become bad that the restaurant reportedly had to close for a few days – although the sign outside the biz WeHo said unusually inclement weather to blame.

Well, now we’re learning more about what happened. According to a report published by ET Friday, the building where Lisa and Ken opened the Pump was flipped. The outlet noted the pair not owns the restaurant’s storefront location — he just leased the space from the landlord — and the owner is “currently looking for a new tenant.”
Uh-oh!!
ET quoted the broker’s name Leslie Haro of Commercial Jalan Kota about real estate movement:
“The business is for sale, but not the real estate and they are looking for a long-term tenant.”
Well, that would be a big change! It happens in the restaurant business, of course. Few industries are more difficult than that. And the source exercise also told the outlet in the same report that Pump “has been struggling with the COVID pandemic” recently.
Still, Pump has become a mainstay in WeHo. So it looks like this will all be over in no time!

But wait! Not so fast, you. when ET asked Lisa herself to comment on real estate issues, 62 years old Well done-lebrity deny any problem !! He released a strong statement to the magazine about how Pump management is “currently discussing” whether to sign another lease for the future:
“We have been in the Pump location for ten years, have a good relationship with the landlord, and are now discussing re-signing our lease over the next few months, but have not made a decision and will open tonight, and come and have Pumptini.”
And he brags about other places. These companies include TomTom, Vanderpump Cocktail Gardenand Vanderpump in Paris – the last two are also the same Caesars Palace out in Las Vegas:
“Now we are also expanding our empire and will open two more restaurants with Caesars Palace.”
So it will look like restaurant gossip.
Of course, it is interesting to note that Lisa is technical exercise only said his team is “currently discussing” whether to hire another Pump but “has not made a decision” yet. What can leave him a little wiggle room if there is a loophole that the landlord seems to be changing or what?! Just wondering…

In addition to sharing the statement with ET Friday afternoon, Lisa also hopped on Twitter to eliminate two reports. The first is to repeat the media message about Pump being open for business:
“Ok no… #PumpRestaurant will be open as usual… #fake-news”
Got it!
And the second one is a little fun. You all remember how Teddy Mellencamp accused Lisa of allegedly paying Rachel Lewis to get Tom Sandoval to lie Ariana Madix of course it’s all in the name Vanderpump Rules rating, right?? That’s a wacky statement! But juicy AF!!!
Yes, Lisa immediately denied it! In a tweet Wednesday afternoon, he added:
“Oh and no, I don’t pay cast members to sleep together for ratings #pumprules they do it on their own… #fake-news Have a beautiful day everybody.”
Well, it seems they are exercise do it yourself. Can’t argue with that. LOLz!
