Lisa Marie PresleyThe twins will live with their father permanently.
As we all know today, the 54-year-old musician died on January 12 after suffering a heart attack at his home in Calabasas. Since then, the family have understandably been trying to figure out their next steps – including what will happen to Lisa’s 14-year-old twins, Finley and Harper Lockwood. There are whispers that a nasty custody battle could break out Michael Lockwood and other family members.
At the time of her death, the singer-songwriter had 60 percent custody of her children, while Michael had 40 percent. Under California law, they will usually get full custody, unless a judge finds them to be an unfit parent. But the situation reportedly got complicated after Lisa’s death!

The previous source told TMZ that Danny Keoughwhich shows a 33-year-old daughter Riley Keough with Lisa, has been living with her ex-husband and twins for a while. She also sees him as a stepfather to the girls, so she can file a petition to get custody of Finley and Harper. Besides, Riley or her grandmother Priscilla Presley may be the same. They will be in the fight of their lives, as an insider told the outlet:
“It’s going to be a cold day in hell before he gives up custody of those kids.”
However, it looks like they won’t have to engage in a nasty custody battle (again). A source close to the family said TMZ there is that Michael will most likely get custody of the teenager, because they have made it clear to everyone that they want to live full-time with the 61-year-old. The insider also noted that Finley and Harper have been living with Micahel since Lisa’s death and are “comfortable” with their new arrangement.
Furthermore, the Presley family reportedly supports Michael’s request for full custody of the couple – as long as Riley and Priscilla still get the chance to have a relationship with them moving forward. As long as the living arrangements are the best for them, that’s what matters! The girls definitely need all the family support they can get at this point – especially given reports of how difficult it is to process Lisa’s disappearance.
