The police fear a ghost attack
The officer said he had to leave the station because he feared a vicious ghost would attack him. He wandered around Relela until dawn because the ghost had turned the station into a playground, he said.
Instead of going to the Tzaneen Police Station to report it, the first thing to do was stop by this reporter’s house.
“What I saw last night was despicable,” said one officer in a trembling voice.
The officer spoke on condition of anonymity. “Our police shop is being attacked by ghosts,” said one.
The station is located in Bolobedu Kidul area in Relela village near Relela bus stop.

The cemetery is surrounded by old graves of families that moved to the other side of the village. “The study station is a cool place to work because of the fresh air from the trees. But on cloudy or rainy nights, ghosts attack.
“They usually start their reign of terror behind the station and in the toilets,” said the frightened official.
“After you sit on the toilet seat, you feel a gentle breeze through the door. Later the tree branches around the toilet begin to shake. This is accompanied by the unusual cry of wild animals.

“Next is the light. They go and turn it off. There are loud steps around the toilet and the yard, but you can’t see anyone. They walk like a giant elephant,” said the officer.
A villager, who owns a small business at the Relela bus stop, but asked to remain anonymous, said ghosts run amok at night and around the police station.
Provincial police spokesperson Brigadier Motlafela Mojapelo could neither deny nor confirm the report.
