Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-Colo.) was given a quick geography lesson on Twitter after she tweeted a map of the US with some notable omissions.
Boebert, who has espoused several QAnon conspiracy theories and called on the church to target the government, wrote “sometimes the best meme” as he shared a picture of a map showing the lower 48 states of a world with nothing but ocean. .

Leaving out the many ways US dollars spent overseas can benefit nations and allies as well as provide humanitarian aid, the map itself leaves out millions of true Americans. The map omits two US states – Hawaii and Alaska – as well as parts of Michigan and US territories such as Puerto Rico and Guam.
