Lala Kentrungthe little one! At Vanderpump Rules star welcomes Samudra’s daughter with her ex-fiancé, Randall Emmettin March 2021 and has been documenting his life ever since.
The Utah native announced in September 2020 that she was pregnant with her and the producer’s first child together. (The Florida native is already father to daughters London and Rylee.)
“I’m shaking right now, because I can’t believe it’s a real-life thing,” the reality star said during the “Give People Lala … With Randall” episode of the podcast at the time. “I’m really emotional.”
Five months later, the Bravo personality detailed the pregnancy complications, which began at six weeks with bleeding. “For the next three weeks, I would continue to bleed randomly and every time, I would call my OB and have him by my side,” Kent wrote via Instagram in February 2021. “Although bleeding during pregnancy is not normal, it is common. My bleeding is the result of lump. I was placed on bed rest until it disappeared. Next appointment, there was growth – not much, but some. After a few weeks, the doctor concluded that it was a placenta problem, not a baby problem. Although we did not want problems, this was a relief.
The expectant star at the time added: “I go to appointments two days a week. He continues to monitor his heartbeat and growth. When he notices the growth starts to slow down when he will call to take him out. This could be from 35 to 37 weeks. In one to three weeks, I can deliver my angel and all I want is for him to be healthy. That’s all I think about every day, all day long.”
When the baby girl arrived, the creator of Lala Beauty received supportive comments from her costars, from Brittany Cartwright for Christian Doute.
“Congratulations handsome! You are doing amazing and I can’t wait to meet my beautiful baby Ocean!! I love you!! So proud of you,” wrote the Kentucky native, while They Drive You Crazy the author commented, “I love you La handsome and you little baby Ocean! I can’t believe he’s here!”
Before becoming a parent, Kent was a loving parent. Emmett gushed specially for it Us Weekly in May 2020 about his relationship with London and Rylee.
“At his age, he’s only going up,” cocreator Emmett/Furla/Oasis Films said at the time. “And [Lala] has really been there for me as a partner, but also as a stepmother. I love that the girls just love him and that they love him as much as he does and that they have this bond.
Less than a year after welcoming Ocean, Emmett and Kent split.
