In this episode of Vanderpump Ruleseverything happened… again. Scheana‘s wedding is finally here, but it may be overshadowed by the kiss heard ’round the world. Schwartz in for some serious backlash after his make-out sesh with Rachel. Will this group act long enough so that Scheana and Brock say “Me?”
He did it. Schwartz made out with Raquel. The hecklers in the background make it as real as possible. After shrugging off the world’s most unromantic kiss, Raquel suggested, “I think we should go somewhere private.” He keeps sucking on her face and Raquel explains that she feels “giddy”. Schwartz claimed it was illegal to date Raquel, and he immediately regretted the kiss Katie will think.
Meanwhile, Scheana calls Lala and called her out for being with “others” during her wedding party. Knowing full well that Lala was with Katie, Scheana suddenly changed the subject and asked, “Did you see Schwartz and Raquel making out?” Way to stir the pot, Shea-Schu. Jameswhich follows Katie, Lala, and Christina back, about to jump and turn around the cover and Katie felt in her stomach to find out that people were cheering on Schwartz and Raquel.
After Scheana did some digging, she called Lala back to confirm that yes, the duo was, in fact, making out. Brock explains that people are cheering because they want to see Schwartz happy, and Lala calls Raquel a “swamp creature”. Katie hates Tom more than Raquel at this point, and James is jealous so bad about how Schwartz wants to f*ck Raquel, all while in the presence of his current *boyfriend*, Allies. It just screams that James hasn’t quite moved on yet, despite jumping back into the relationship.
As Scheana’s party continues, the guests get drunk. Ana Sandoval strangely repeats “Raquel, Raquel, Raquel” and when Ariana hearing that Schwartz and Raquel made out, he was aghast. To make the party more fun, skinny dipping ensues and the juxtaposition between the scene and Katie’s crew consoling Katie wild. Katie couldn’t understand why and how Schwartz could do this to Raquel after 12 years with her. They feel like they’re just being rude, and I have to agree…
The next day, Scheana, her sister, Ariana, and Raquel head up to the spa to get pampered. Scheana talks about Lala’s disappointment. Scheana doesn’t appreciate Lala spending time with Katie and Kristina, and she wonders if Lala will even attend her wedding after her antics!
Since she was still on cloud 9, Raquel suggested she walk down the aisle with Schwartz’s bridesmaids and even FaceTimed them to make it official. It’s an awkward exchange and Ariana grimaces while Raquel continues to star in her own personal rom-com.
A poor Schwartz plops down by Ally and James while relaxing in the pool. She knows that she likes James a lot because he’s dating Raquel, but she tries to make up for it by saying, “Raquel and I have nothing.” He then goes on about how he wants to “stick to people” by making out with Raquel to make himself happy. Schwartz thought a kiss would snap him out of his funk and James would p*ssed when Schwartz put his hand on his leg. James made it clear that he wasn’t ok with her sticking her tongue in her ex-fiancé’s mouth…
Back to Villa Rossa, LVP meet with Greg, owner of Schwartz and Sandy’s. LVP is thrilled that Greg is willing to meet with her to discuss Toms current situation. Greg explained that the restaurant was nowhere to be found and Toms didn’t listen to the advice he offered. Greg refused to promise to open on the 31stSt just to appease LVP, and I think she shocked him right to tell her no.
Back in Mexico, Schwartz decided to wake up Sandoval up with some pina coladas in bed. When LVP calls, she checks out. He immediately tells them how the meeting with Greg went, but Toms gets mad because he’s asking about business and strategy (if you can call it that).
Lala visits Scheana’s room and reports that she won’t be attending dinner later that evening. Lala states that her life is powerful, and she wants to be the woman who builds her up – not someone like Raquel. Lala feels like Raquel is insecure and is being bullied by her because of her behavior. Lala then tells Scheana that although her marriage is the most important thing in Scheana’s life right now, other people have other things. Ouch.
Scheana’s hibachi dinner is off to a great start, especially when Raquel sits between the Toms. splendid. When James called Raquel out for hooking up with a dude in a group of friends, she responded that she was “trying to live a little.” James reminds Raquel that he doesn’t think she’s in love with him, and at that moment, Ally pulls herself away from the hibachi to say hello to Kristina, Lala, and Katie, who are getting ready to leave the field for the girls. dinner.
Before the ladies come out, Schwartz (“a sweaty pig” in Katie’s words), is too dangerous to breathe the same air as Katie. The book’s legit crew, with James and Ally now in tow, and they find themselves safe in a cave restaurant, far from the resort. When the topic of Raquel and Schwartz came up, Katie came right out and said, “I want to light those two on fire.” He didn’t mince any words.
Later, we find out that Scheana and Brock have technically been married for a year. Ariana explains that the wedding is the icing on the cake and that marriage is what really counts. We also find out that Raquel doesn’t want to walk down the aisle with Schwartz because she’s not a good “walker.” Eyes.
It’s Scheana and Brock’s wedding day! Scheana can hardly believe the difference between this wedding and the last one because she just feels so happy to be doing this with Brock. Katie and Kristina’s balcony overlooks the wedding, and this time, and as Katie looks, she calls the wedding beautiful, because it’s true. Scheana beamed and even though Brock couldn’t hang up the TV for seven minutes (hey, Rob!), she knew Brock was her man.
Schwartz lets Raquel know that she got into big trouble about that kiss and she talks about how “disastrous” it was. They joke about kissing and Schwartz plays it off with some high fives and awkward dance moves. Speaking of awkward dance moves, during the first dance, Brock rips off Scheana’s skirt and lifts it badly. Dirty Dancemake this something to remember for sure.
At the last vaca dinner, Katie let Kristina know that if she knew how this trip was going, she wouldn’t be coming. When they were asking for sushi, Schwartz got up and popped a piece of sushi in his mouth. COARSE. He wonders why he’s doing what he’s doing with Raquel, since he’s been divorced from Katie for seven months. Schwartz claims that he didn’t know anyone was watching him with Raquel, and Katie tells him that she never hated him, but now she doesn’t. He lets her know that he “nuked” the bridge between them and Schwartz says he doesn’t care anymore. In fact, he felt it apart divorced now. Schwartz now knows she needs “a good, healthy break from Katie.”
At the reception, Raquel comes to talk to Lala and apologize for calling her stupid. Raquel felt like the girls were laughing AT her during the Vegas trip and felt like she was being attacked by the group. He suggests that Lala and company take up the hobby, and for that, Lala suggests that Raquel go and find herself somewhere else. Lala’s conversation with Raquel is going nowhere but further south…
As the evening wore on, Wine Katie realized after seeing some wedding pics that the same pastor who married Scheana and Shay also married Scheana and Brock (interesting way). Katie explained that after this trip, her healing process regarding the divorce was much faster and she was finally ready to be more open about who she had been seeing. Katie talks about being a cougar in a 25-year-old boy’s game and that she doesn’t care about Schwartz and his feelings. What is this war?
