In a recent Amazon Live session, via Us Weekly, Kyle shared how she shed the weight.
“I changed my diet after a month in Europe,” said the 54-year-old. “We were in Europe for three weeks and then Australia for a week, and I had already gained weight, and I was like, ‘OK, that’s it.’ No sugar, no carbs, no alcohol.”
Although her plan was to cut out alcohol, carbs, and sugar only “for a while,” the star ultimately chose to continue because she felt “so good.”
Kyle went on to say, “Now that I’ve lost the weight I wanted to – I’m not trying to lose it anymore – I’ll always have birthday cake or pasta, but to be honest, once in a blue moon. I’m not on a keto diet, just basically, I’m eating protein , vegetables, fruits, and carbs once in a while. But I always eat fruits and vegetables, and I really like cereal.
He also announced his sports plans.
“The training routine, I shake it up – I do something different every day,” the star said. “I do Peloton, a very long ab routine. I do weights now. I always do light weights, but now I’ve increased the weights I lift. Then I’ll run, outside or – depending on the weather – I’ll run on the treadmill .
