Kyle Richards it is only revealed what he eats for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

When he was constantly accused of using the diabetes drug Ozempic to lose weight, which he denied, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star took to her Instagram story, where she shared a photo of her lunch and told her fans and followers what she had eaten.

“Many DMs ask me about my exercise routine [and] meal suggestion… Today’s lunch is… fish [and] vegetables,” Kyle wrote in the caption of a picture of lunch on February 6. “Dinner was chicken breast [and] salad … PS I have taken in the greens, please don’t DM me asking if there are hardly any on my plate.

According to Kyle, he’s been drinking “a lot of water” and has a lot of protein in his diet.

“I’m not a big breakfast person, but after a workout, I’ll have an egg or a smoothie with protein powder. Also, a lot of people ask me if I eat fruit and the answer is yes,” he added.

Earlier this month, during an interview with Hollywood Life, the RHOBA cast members said that in addition to eating “very well” and “very aware of what [she puts] at [her] body,” he has been exercising every day.

“I’m usually in the gym for about two hours a day… Actually, I do a lot of cardio. It’s very important for women to exercise and eat right. I can’t stress like that.”

“Like I said, [I do not use] Ozempic or something that starts with the letter M,” he insisted. “I changed my diet after a month in Europe. We were in Europe for three weeks and then Australia for a week, and I had gained weight, and I was like, ‘Okay, that’s it. No sugar, no carbs, no alcohol.’”

And at the same time, Kyle spoke to Extra, admitting that he “couldn’t stand” when people accused him of using Ozempic.

“People who know me know that I wake up every day like 5:30, 6 a.m. at the latest,” he explained. “I’m in the gym for two hours. I really put a lot of effort into my diet and exercise and taking care of myself.

As for his exercise routine, Kyle said on Amazon Live that he does something different every day.

“I do Peloton, a very long ab routine. I do weights now. I’ve always done light weights, but now I’ve increased the weights I lift. Then I’ll run, outside or – depending on the weather – I’ll run on the treadmill ,” she said.
