RHOBH's Kyle Richards Reveals Why He Stopped Drinking and Workouts Every 2 Hours After Denying Ozempic Rumors

Kyle Richards doubled down on his claim that he did not use Ozempic for weight loss. He also shared his workout routine, and he opened up about why he stopped drinking.

After the The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star shared her physical photos on social media, many fans began to question her style. Some suggested she got the results through plastic surgery, although she also denied the allegations.

In an interview with Extra, shared by @allabouttrh on Instagram, Kyle explained that he “can’t stand it” when people say he uses Ozempic.

“People who know me know that I wake up every day like 5:30, 6 a.m. at the latest,” he shared. “I’m in the gym for two hours. I really put a lot of effort into my diet and exercise and taking care of myself.

He later said it was “very frustrating” when others believed he was taking the “easy way out.” Kyle also expressed his desire to be an “inspiration for people”, so he posted a “workout routine”.

With HollywoodLife , Kyle shared more insight into exercise and health while attending the American Heart Association’s Red Dress Collection Concert for Women. “I am very aware of my health and my heart. I have lost many family members to cancer, so I eat well,” he said. “I’m very aware of what I’m putting into my body.”

The star added, “I exercise every day. I’m usually in the gym for about two hours a day… Actually, I do a lot of cardio. It’s very important for women to exercise and eat right. I can’t stress like that.”

“Like I said, [I do not use] Ozempic or something that starts with M,” said Bravoleb. “I changed my diet after a month in Europe. We were in Europe for three weeks and then Australia for a week, and I had gained weight, and I was like, ‘Okay, that’s it. No sugar, no carbs, no alcohol.’”

Speaking to uInterview at the same event, Kyle revealed why he stopped drinking alcohol. “I gave up alcohol almost seven months ago just as a health choice, and I have never felt better. I can see the difference in my eyes and my skin and my body – everything,” said the 54-year-old.

When his friends asked when he was going to drink again, Kyle replied, “I don’t know guys. I don’t give a time, but all I can say is that I have never felt better, so I don’t know why I would start now. But you don’t know. Who knows?”
