Kwahu King, Others Support Okwawu United Club 100 Initiative
HRM Daasebre Akuamoah Agyapong II – Kwahuhene and Life Patron of Okwawu United, has introduced an initiative called “Okwawu United Club 100” to make the club financially strong, ready for the coming season and beyond.
The initiative is targeting 100 businesses and individuals who have admiration or connection with the Kwahu club or community by donating Ghs10,000. All contributions come with benefits and full recognition of contributors in all media handling of the great club, Okwawu United.
Daasebre, in his wisdom, believes this will bring the community together to support his beloved club and help bring it back to elite football.
Daasebre, in effect, has provided a financial package for the team towards this initiative. He therefore called on all Asaase Aban, Obuoba and all Kwahumans to support the initiative.
HRM has taken the lead and donated an initial GH¢10,000 to motivate others to join the Okwawu 100 club initiative.
