Kristen Doute Claps Back at 'Losers' Comments About Her Weight: 'Get F-ked'

The queen of clapback! Christian Doute slammed the haters who commented on her new weight gain after she quit smoking.

At Vanderpump Rules alum, 40, revealed during the Wednesday, March 15, episode of her “Sex, Love and What Else Matters” podcast that she was body-shamed after she was photographed walking for a pal Ariana Madixhome earlier this month.

“I texted Ariana before, like, ‘We’re in cozies, right? Because mom hasn’t been wearing anything but leggings since 2019.’ And he was like, ‘Yeah, sure,'” Doute recalled, noting that he was there to help Madix, 37, through her breakup. Tom Sandovalwho cheated on him with his costar Rachel Lewis.

The Michigan native – who was fired from Pump Rules in 2020 for past racist behavior – pointed out that he wore leggings and a sports bra to go comfort Madix amid the cheating scandal, and the hate they quickly came to the body.

“I’m sorry, did I stand with perfect posture and bend whatever was left? No, I didn’t,” Doute said of the photo. “I’m not worried about that because I’m worried about walking over to my friend’s house and checking on him.”

He asked the troll: “What gives you the right to make comments like that? How are you raised? Go get f-ked, get lay. Go to sleep.”

At They Drive You Crazy the author notes that people immediately conclude that “I’m pregnant or fat,” adding, “That’s just rude.”

The former reality star explained that she responded to one troll who asked her to share a picture of herself with the world in the same outfit to see how she felt about being criticized. “Are you a perfect king? Sorry, I don’t have a six pack, who cares?” said Doute. “Body-shaming is just bull-t. I was frustrated because I knew my own insecurities.

According to the podcast host, he started losing weight “a couple of months” after he quit smoking. While Doute was initially working with a trainer, his athletic trainer had recently moved to Tennessee, and he had not yet returned to a consistent fitness routine.

“I’m really happy mentally, and physically seeing the changes,” he recalls of the training regiment, admitting, “I haven’t worked out lately, I know I have to do it. [my] mind, body and soul. I hold my weight in place when I’m stressed.”

Doute stress likely has been high since Us Weekly confirmed on March 3 that Madix and Sandoval, 40, had split after nine years together over a relationship with Leviss, 28.

While Doute was initially resistant to Madix and Sandoval’s relationship, he has since become one of the Florida native’s closest friends. (The former Bravo personality dated the TomTom co-founder from 2007 to 2013. Sandoval later admitted to kissing Madix while still in a relationship with Doute.)

As Pump Rules Past and present stars rallied around Madix, both Schwartz & Sandy’s co-owners and Leviss have publicly apologized for their relationship.

“I made mistakes, I was selfish and I made reckless decisions that hurt the people I love,” Sandoval wrote via Instagram on March 7. … My biggest regret is that I underestimated Ariana. I have never let many people down, including my loving family and friends.

The former Miss Sonoma County released her own statement the next day. “I want to apologize for my actions and choices especially for Ariana, and for my friends and fans to invest in our relationship,” wrote Leviss through social media on March 8. “There is no reason, I am not a victim and I must have an action and I really regret hurting Ariana.

Madix, meanwhile, waited until Thursday, March 16, to talk about the drama.

“To say that I’m broken and broken is an understatement. However, I know that I’m not in this alone,” the Fancy AF cocktails coauthor wrote via Instagram. “Many of my closest friends are also going through this right now and feeling betrayed on so many levels. I’m so f–king lucky to have the best support system in the world and I hope I can repay every single one of them for the love they’ve given me show me. don’t kill me better run. love, Ariana.”
