Kody Brown will attempt to set a marriage record on Sunday night.
Sister Wives will complete its one-on-one special this evening, with host Sukanya Krishnan finally bringing home the female elephant in the polygamy room.

Are they really Kody’s favorite couple, as fans have assumed for a while now and as Christine often comes out and states?
“You know, it’s the most unfair question, because you don’t know what (Robyn) has done, what she’s done as a person, the sacrifices she’s made, the game she hasn’t played. Kody said when the last question was asked on January 8.
The reality star continues to distinguish between his “favorite” husband and his wife who “finds favor” with him.
“It’s not about favorites. It’s about finding favor,” he tried to explain.
“Christine’s words are using her hatred towards Robyn. She never did anything to Christine, but was kind to her.
Several times in Sister Wives Season 17, Christine told viewers that Kody’s love for Robyn played a major role in her decision to leave the house at the end of 2021.
In the third part of this special, Kody will suggest that the topic of favoritism is based on “character issues,” saying on air:
“It’s not just about my character. This is about his character (his other wife). And who wants to go deep here?
“Do you want to find favor by being faithful to me and not letting others talk about me?
“Or do you want to sit here and be a trash talker?”
At this point, Robyn isn’t Kody’s only legal wife… she’s his only couple, with Janelle recently admitting she’s separated from her husband and Meri taking a toss aside from Kody.
In this clip from the special, Kody claims that Meri, Janelle and Christine have “shh-t talked” people since they got married, but alleges that Robyn has never done the same.
“As far as I know, Robyn dropped the duke if you didn’t talk to me,” he said.
The scene eventually shifts to Christine, who says that Janelle “didn’t deserve it” for saying something about Kody’s infidelity.
“She was so devoted to him, it made no sense,” Christine said of Robyn, continuing to describe their interactions before her split from Kody.
“I can’t tell you all the conversations I had with him where I would be like, ‘I don’t like how he does this and how he does this and blah blah blah.’ And he’s like, ‘He’s a good father, what are you talking about? He’s a good husband, what are you talking about?’
“For years, the woman has been very faithful.”
For her part, Robyn has been devastated by the way her now ex-sister wife talks about her and has treated her.
When the topic was brought up on this Sunday’s special, Janelle tried to sound diplomatic, telling viewers:
“I feel and my children feel disproportionately during the time spent there.”
Sounds rather unanimous to us.
