Earlier this week, Kim’s daughter Ariana Biermann denied the allegations, claiming he had no “knowledge” of the auction.
On February 23, influencers George said shared his own investigation into the Kim seizure drama, which was shrouded in conflicting reports.
“I’m looking online. There’s a foreclosure notice on Kim’s house, and I want to verify that this auction is really happening,” said the influencer, in a video posted on Instagram.
He then said, “So I’m talking to the law office that handles certain properties and I want to verify.”
Georgio then released the audio of the alleged phone call to the office.
“I can check, sir,” said a woman’s voice in the other corner. He finally said, “There was a sale on March 7th, 2023. The sale is no longer there.”
“It was canceled,” he added.
“And no sale has been issued for the house at this time,” the woman said. “But the sale that was published on March 7th is no longer happening, sir.”
People also confirmed the good news as they reported that Kim and Kroy were able to strike a deal to keep their home off the auction block.
“The couple has taken steps to remove this,” a source told the outlet.
