Kim Zolciak and his wife, Kroy Biermann‘s, Alpharetta, GA mansion is officially in foreclosure, according to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

The publication reported that on February 15, the $2.5 million dollar property will be auctioned on the steps of the Fulton County Courthouse on March 7.Th.

Kim has denied and avoided rumors that her home has been foreclosed on for some time now. Earlier this year, he participated in an “Ask Me” Q&A on Instagram and told fans that “his house has never been sold in foreclosure” and that people are “making up” those claims.

And back in November 2022, when the foreclosure rumors really began to swirl, and reports stated that he was removed from his home and sold for only $ 257,000, Kim again called and included “haters”.

“So what are you going to do, haters, when I’m here for Christmas, and I’m here for my birthday in May, and I’m here for all these awesome dates?” he asked. “I’m here until I want to move – until I decide I don’t want to live here anymore. So enjoy the hateful view, because you’re going to see it for a while.

Public records don’t lie, but the documents show that Truist Bank started foreclosure proceedings in 2022 on the reality star’s home and based on what appears to be a default on a $1.65 million mortgage taken out by her ex. RHO couple in 2013.

Georgian mansion located in the Manor Golf & Country Club in “18Th holes and lakes” and described as a “magnificent brick and stone exterior” that “creates an elegant atmosphere with incredible views.”

The house was prominently featured in eight seasons of Kim and Kroy’s hit Bravo series, Don’t be Tardy.

Kim has not commented publicly on news of the foreclosure of her home.
