Now, reports claim that the family’s luxury home has been repossessed and is about to be auctioned off.
You know who isn’t concerned? Brielle and Ariana. He brushed it all off as a “misunderstanding”.
this week, TMZ‘s go-getters caught up with Kim’s eldest daughter, the gorgeous Brielle and Ariana Biermann.
The two had just arrived at LAX. It’s not a good time to be on camera, much less have an interview.
Despite this, the young adult responded to what he called “crazy” rumors – that his family’s Georgia mansion was in foreclosure and might have a new owner. Followed by a auction.
“Don’t believe everything you hear,” 21-year-old Ariana said at the airport.
He went on to say that reports of his family’s luxury home not being in his parents’ hands were just a big “misunderstanding”.
Are they sure? Well, at least, both of them can prove it to those who live in the house now.
The night before, Ariana and Brielle slept over at her parents’ house in Georgia.
And, according to them, no one in the family wants to go.
“Everything is still there,” Ariana said. “We all live there.”
Meanwhile, 25-year-old Brielle seemed very upset to hear this.
The question of the family home and its ownership is not surprising. As Brielle pointed out, they heard this last year.
He complained that his family had “already been in November” through separate rumors.
At the time, it was reported that the Georgia mansion was in foreclosure for only $257,000.
That’s not the case.
With that in mind, there’s really no one to take the report seriously.
As if anyone dared to doubt, Ariana joked that they will all “see what happens on March 7th.”
Trust Bank will reportedly conduct an alleged auction later that day. March 7th, mind you, is less than two weeks away.
Fulton County shared the news just last week, stating that the auction would take place after Kim and Kroy defaulted on a $1.65 million loan.
By all accounts, the Zolciak-Biermann place was a genuine gift. And it has more character than the homes of the alarming rich.
That may be because Kim and Kroy bought the property more than a decade ago for less than $1 million, but have added millions in value, renovations, and expansions over the years.
All the work of Winchester House may be tired for the weather as a resident, but the results speak for themselves. We don’t know exactly what’s going on with the house and the family right now, but we hope the girls are right. No family should lose their home.
