Kim Plath has learned the fate of the law.
The longtime reality star was arrested in October on DUI and property damage charges.
The arrest stems from an incident that took place in June 2022… after Kim was in the middle of a single vehicle accident in Florida.
According to officers at the scene, Plath smelled of alcohol and “felt very lethargic, uncoordinated movements as she rubbed her eyes.”
On Tuesday, Kim pleaded guilty to an undisclosed charge and paid a $963 fine the same day.
He has also been placed on nine months probation … must perform 50 hours of community service … has had his driver’s license suspended for six months … will be subject to random drug testing during the probation period … and must complete any existing courses related to drunkenness. driving.
That’s a pretty lenient sentence, one might argue, for a man who was “confused and red-eyed,” according to the police report, and who responded with “blank silence” when first asked about taking a blood test. .
“I observed Ms. Plath has several scrapes / lacerations on the bridge of the nose and facial area,” A Florida Highway Patrol officer noted in his report, adding this fall:
“Ms. Plath has dried blood on her face and blood on her mouth.
“Ms. Plath was in a cervical collar and sitting on a stretcher when she was taken to the Emergency Room.
Kim finally submitted to a blood test – and the results of the toxicology test finally returned on September 23, proving that Plath was over the legal blood-alcohol limit.
Previously, in an episode of Welcome to Plathville, Kim opened up about her history with alcohol.
“I went through some rough times in college because of my wildness,” he admitted then.
