MANILA, Philippines-Ethan Alvano shined again for Wonju DB Promy but Justin Gutang and Changwon LG Sakers won, 76-74, in the Korean Basketball League on Saturday at Changwon Gymnasium.

Alvano finished with a game-high 19 points to go along with four rebounds and five assists in the loss that left Wonju tied for seventh with Suwon KT Sonicboom with a 16-21 record.

Gutang, on the other hand, was scoreless in five minutes of play.

Yoon Won-Sang led the LG Sakers to victory with an 18-point performance to lift Changwon to 24-13.

On Thursday, Sonicboom got a big contribution from Dave Ildefonso as they beat Daegu KOGAS Pegasus, 88-84, at Suwon KT Arena.

The former Ateneo player had 10 points, two boards and two assists as a starter for Suwon.

Meanwhile, his teammate SJ Belangel, registered eight points and two boards in Daegu’s defeat (13-23).

Rhenz Abando remained on the sidelines for league leaders Anyang KGC (25-11) during their victory over Jeonju KCC Egis, 83-81.
