Vanderpump Rules star Katie Maloney appeared on Wednesday’s episode of Watch What Happens Livewhere he admits there is a clue to Tom Sandoval and Rachel Lewis‘an affair.
Before slamming “mistress” Raquel Lala Kentrungoffer updates on Ariana Madixand show him your thoughts on your ex-husband Tom SchwartzPotential involvement in the controversy, Katie said she found “hints” while she was “trolling” on Reddit, as Scheana Shay recently shaded her to do.
“I’ve seen that Raquel has attended one of them [Sandoval’s] show … Usually, he’s in the front with the phone in his face, jumping up and down … He doesn’t send the whole story that he’s there,” Katie said in the March 15 episode. WWHL. “There’s also some stuff we’re going to see this season.”
According to Katie, even she, who was in the “cheap seat,” noted the “strange” behavior of Sandoval and Raquel in the months before “Scandoval”. And while hosting Andy Cohen ask her what else caught her off-guard at the latest Pump Rules episode, aside from her “red flag” comment about Raquel just going after the cast’s love interest, Katie said she was surprised to see Raquel after Lala.
“He came to Lala, called her Mistress, I mean, just the level of stupidity,” he fumed, admitting that he was not sure if Sandoval and Raquel’s alleged relationship was going on at the time this episode was filmed.
After the “Scandoval” news, social media took note of the matching lightning necklaces that Sandoval and Raquel were often seen wearing, thinking it was a sign of their relationship.
“I think she always has a light bolt necklace. It’s almost like the TomTom logo or staple,” explained Katie, noting that Raquel wears one because “she’s a fan.”
“They want to copy what he’s doing,” Katie added.
Although many were shocked by Sandoval and Raquel’s betrayal, Katie said she was “not surprised”.
“The details are shocking. [But] I’m not surprised it’s Raquel,” he shared.
Fortunately, despite the devastating news, Katie said that “all things considered,” Ariana is “in a pretty good headspace.”
“She takes care of herself,” Katie continued. “I saw him yesterday and we were excited. He was excited.”
As for Schwartz’s potential involvement, Katie responded to questions about her ex who could be used as a pawn or decoy.
“Some I believe he was deceived … by two men,” he replied.
According to Katie, she doesn’t “know exactly” when Schwartz found out about Sandoval and Raquel, but she would be furious if he covered up for Sandoval in any way.
“I’ll burn him,” he said.
When Katie was later asked how quickly she contacted Schwartz after “Scandoval” broke, she admitted that she didn’t get in touch right away.
“We’ve decided our friendship. So I’m not like… We’re not like kiki-ing. It’s just about the dog, so I didn’t hit him and he didn’t hit me,” he said.
Also in WWHLKatie said Sandoval and Raquel were “more in love” because no one else would be dating, and she noted that it “didn’t surprise” her. Lisa Vanderpump not planning to distance himself professionally from Sandoval and Schwartz.
