Melissa and Joe Gorga going to get some new, very familiar neighbors.
Just a month after The Real Housewives of New Jersey The couple moved into a new home in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey, Kathy Wakile and his wife, Richie Wakilehad bought his own property on the same street.
“According to online property records, Kathy and Rich are building a new home on the same street as Melissa and Joe’s new Franklin Lakes home, which they are moving into in late 2022,” All About The Real Housewives revealed on Instagram on March 25.
As seen on Zillow, the property the Wakiles purchased is a five-bedroom, six-bathroom home that was last sold in 2022 for less than $1 million.
Also on Instagram, real estate broker Tony Nabhan confirmed the sale in the post together with the former RHONJ cast members.
“I couldn’t be happier for my client to secure this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity ~ almost 2 acres with 300 feet of lakefront property. After receiving many offers, his agent can now start his newest project called home! he wrote, along with his photo standing in the background.
Meanwhile, on Kathy’s page, she shared several posts about the property.
“[Kathy Wakile and] I can’t wait for the next project with you all!” One of her posts, shared by others, read. “Kathy is a designer [and] decorator always … Excited to start [Richie Wakile]. It was love at first sight before it was sold.
And on the other, Kathy’s daughter Victoria Deputydeclare the party to be acted upon.
The news of the purchase of his representative’s home came just a week after Melissa appeared in an episode of Watch What Happens Livewhere he dished on his relationship with Kathy and Rosie Pieriadmitted that he and Joe regret that he cut them out to appease Theresa Judge.
“Yeah… Joe always thinks about it. And I think he did it for him,” explained Melissa. “He got out of prison, and he thinks that this is the next step, He wants to cheer him up, but you can see him in the scene, he is very uncomfortable. It’s just a family that has, and we love Kathy and Rosie, and I’m sad because we don’t have anymore.
