Kanye West reportedly investigated for the battery after it was found to be heated!
according to Page SixThe 45-year-old rapper left behind his 9-year-old daughter North Westplaying basketball with his new wife Sensor Bianca and became irritated with the paparazzi for following him. Ye allegedly got out of his vehicle and confronted the woman who was filming the record producer in another car. As he held the phone to his face, Kanye was clearly upset and said:
“You don’t have to see me like that. If I say stop, stop with your camera!”
The woman began to argue with him, saying that he could record it because he was a “celebrity.” Well, Kanye wasn’t happy with that response because he then grabbed his cell phone and threw it into the street. When in Yeezy the fashion designer walked away from the woman, he faced another man. However, it looks like the man quickly backed away from Kanye. It is not known what happened before he got out of the car and approached the woman. It’s also not clear if he’s pap or just a fan.

But it looks like Kanye could potentially be in trouble for the incident. according to TMZ be Ventura County Sheriff’s Department was called to the location around 4:30 p.m., and he was given a video as evidence of the incident. The outlet later noted that the woman was seen talking to officers as she left the department. Law enforcement sources also said Kanye was named a suspect in the battery investigation. Oof. And that’s not all that happened that day. He also pulled his car over to a group of paps filming him and Bianca, saying:
“You want me to play with the kids like that?”
When one of the men tried to defend himself, claiming “there are a hundred of us,” Kanye fired back:
“Everybody has to stop when they see my children. If I have to see my children, you can’t photograph me.
Pap didn’t back down, because he was allowed to take pictures because he was on a public road. Kanye just looked at him before driving off and replied:
“It’s called human rights.”

So what Kim Kardashian need to talk about this? Not much, apparently! In the video taken by Page Six there, the paparazzi asked Keeping up with the Kardashians alum about what went down – and he quickly died down. The photographer can be heard in the clip asking Kim as she puts her children in the car:
“Hey Kim, do you think Kanye hit someone… [sic] paparazzi call?”
He then replied:
“Don’t talk to me about it.”
