Kailyn Lowry has been in the news a lot in the past few weeks.
At first, fans were convinced that Lowry secretly gave birth to her fifth child.
(Actually, this particular theory is alive and well, and the longer Kail goes unaddressed, the stronger the speculation becomes.)
Shortly after that, Lowry became enmeshed in a nasty feud with Jenelle Evans.
(Actually, Kail and Jenelle have been feuding for ten years, and it just happened again this week)
Now, Kail is involved in everything new controversy, this one involving his relationship with Elijah Scott.
As you may recall, it was reported back in November that Lowry and Scott had broken up.
(It was also rumored that Kail was pregnant with Elijah’s baby during the split – more on that later.
Kail posted a travel mug on her Instagram Story earlier this week, and viewers were quick to notice that she was rocking what appeared to be an engagement ring.
Of course, this led to rumors that Kail was engaged – a rumor she has yet to respond to.
So it is not surprising that many people now feel that Elijah just asked.
And others are convinced that he’s just feeding the rumor mill to keep his name in the tabloids.
This latest development upsets another, bigger rumor about Kail – namely, that she is now a mother of five, but has made the strange decision to keep her youngest child a secret.
“Kailyn gave birth to a baby boy on November 20 with Elijah. She only told family and close friends,” a source close to Lowry recently told a British tabloid Sun.
On Reddit and elsewhere, fans had mixed reactions to the news of Kail’s possible involvement.
“I’m starting to feel bad for her with everything atm but maybe she can thrive with this kind of attention. Kail is refueling right now..she must be happy,” wrote one commenter.
“Well, it’s totally just something to give people to speculate (and hopefully sell stories) now that the secret baby has been ‘revealed,'” another added.
“He’s king with us and knows what he’s doing. At this point, I don’t care. He’s the boy-mother who cried wolf,” a third called out.
“People stop caring about the new baby when they realize it’s real,” said another.
“Now they need everyone to speculate about something else. It’s annoying but it actually makes me sad at the moment.
Needless to say, Kail is not very popular on social these days.
Fortunately, he wasn’t too bothered by the negativity.
It may be a while before we find out that Kail and Elijah are indeed engaged – and in the meantime, Ms. Lowry will definitely enjoy the attention!
