Diana Jenkins‘ trying to find the culprit(s) behind the disgusting racist bot attacking her ex The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, Garcelle Beauvaisson, Jax Nylonhas hit a snag.
According to a new report, the judge has determined that there is not enough evidence to support Diana’s claim that her privacy was invaded, and that she was wronged in the controversial matter.
“What anyone reading the post can take is that it was created and posted by rabid fans of the program who supported (Jenkins) in an ongoing and highly orchestrated feud with the child’s mother on “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” Judge Virginia Keeny wrote there, per Fox News LA. “If the individual or individuals who sent the message made a post that appeared to be written by the plaintiff, the situation would be different. But here, the user sent the message with a unique user identity, photo, font and spelling, and a unique writing style.
Judge Keeny initially allowed Diana’s lawyers to subpoena Meta Platforms Inc. in an attempt to unmask the person behind the cyber attack, but after further review, they revoked Diana’s team’s ability to continue future investigations. This is because there is no relevant or sufficient evidence that anyone involved Diana in cyberbullying, contrary to her claims.
The ruling will not allow Diana or her attorney to subpoena Comcast Cable Communications LLC, Verizon Business Network Services LLC, Colo Crossing, Scaleway Inc., Inter Connects, Inc., LeaseWeb USA Inc., MPower Communications Corp., and B2 Net Solutions. Inc. despite his plea, although Judge Keeny called the attack “vile” and “painful”.
Diana’s attorney initially filed the lawsuit, saying “the offensive comments about the child were posted in an attempt to portray Jenkins as someone who directed, organized, participated in or approved.” However, Judge Keeny responded by saying that he could find no case “‘that allows the facts to be understated’ to support Jenkins’ claims.”

The person or persons behind the bot will remain a mystery.
