A judge has shot down Drew Sidora‘s request to allow her to remain in her and Ralph Pittman, Jr.‘s marital home.
Over three years into her messy divorce, the 40-year-old Real Housewives of Atlanta star’s plea was denied during a recent court hearing, which means she will have to move out of her Georgia mansion, where Ralph, 43, and their two children, Machai, 10, and daughter Aniya, 8, reside, by the end of next month.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ on April 18, the judge presiding over Drew and Ralph’s divorce was unswayed by her request to stay on the property, refusing to reconsider their previous order. In Drew’s plea, she alleged that she had nowhere to go and couldn’t afford to move.
As RHOA fans may know, Drew and Ralph have been living together in the home since March 2023, when Ralph filed for divorce after eight years of marriage, with Ralph staying in the basement.
In recent weeks, Drew and Ralph’s divorce battle has intensified, with Drew not only being kicked out of their home but also losing primary custody of their kids, and Ralph being accused of abusing their son, which he denied.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta season 17 airs Sundays at 8/7c on Bravo.
