This week, the title The Real Housewives of New Jersey is “Boys Will Be Boys.” Let’s talk about husbands and children’s behavior, shall we?
Melissa announced that he was curious Teresa’s happy ending but not sexual because that would be life-changing. He wanted to set the record straight that he was sitting with Jennifer and a bunch of hair stylists at the engagement party. Teresa and Melissa are still going back and forth about the bride issue. He then asked Melissa if she wanted to attend his party. Melissa was not interested in being an afterthought, so she declined the offer. Is this the beginning of these two try to fix their relationship? Who knew mozzarella had binding power?
Dolores and Paul were chatting about Frank, aka Mr. Potato Head. Frank has been in the hospital and now comes over to get her check. He came after his “roto-rooter”, so he wasn’t full of sh*t. Paul and Frank are like two matadors around each other, but in reality, they are two goofy characters from children’s movies. Frank reluctantly invites Paul to join greasy circle of trust men’s night Paul thought that Frank would pull him in at first. He thinks Dolores is the way to go because, “You can’t ask a woman to do a man’s job.” Paul pissing on the grass and let the old horn-dog know he is now his. Dolores has now gone from one controlling person to another. Now we got to see Frank looking like a crazy Easter bunny after greasing himself with Pam’s cooking spray.
MargaretMelissa, and Jackie meet for lunch. Jackie mentions that she is doing better and making progress with her eating disorder. He wants to know about the cheese making party, and he admits that he sees Danielle up and down. Jackie said Danielle’s fashion looks like a trainwreck with shorts from the hamper. He’s really annoyed that Danielle is one of the reasons he’s demoted to ‘friends,’ which is the kiss of death in the HW world. Marge stated that Jennifer is in a downward spiral due to her neurotic behavior.
Rachel they were taking photos of a birthday party for their two-year-old daughter. She is obsessed with doing the perfect child photo shoot. Rachel asks John if he wants another child. She then shared that she miscarried after her wedding and was devastated at her BMI. Rachel had to do IVF to have a family. He was willing to do it all over again even though “the sunroof had to be opened and he was forced to wear adult diapers.” Sorry, I didn’t ask for the sunroof analogy, but the diaper, I remember.
Teresa was talking to Gia and Louie. They share what happened at the cheese party and the engagement seating arrangement debacle. Teresa then joined Gabriella in conversation, and I was on the edge of my seat because I wanted to hear her take on this family dynamic. Gabriella, who became very flushed, was influenced by the suggestion that the Gorgas were claiming to be there when they were not. He reminds Teresa that she only has one family member. Gia says that she only saw Joe and Melissa when they were on camera, and Gabriella agrees. He also recently called his uncle an opportunist since meeting Joe Giudice and taking photos. Louie acts like he is the protector of poor Teresa, who has been victimized.
Danielle visits Melissa when she meets with a store vendor. Melissa points out that Jackie is upset that she wasn’t invited to the cheese party. Danielle is glad she didn’t invite judgey b*tch. He points out that he and his sister don’t speak. Danielle has been fighting with her sister since she blocked him on Instagram when he criticized her posts. He is now angry with his brother’s wife and blames him for the rift in the family. Melissa refused to hear that it was her sister-in-law’s fault. Side note: Is the production trying to show that this is a common story line in an Italian family in order to show their hands are clean?
Jennifer wants to pay her kids to clean the house. They are willing to pay $14 an hour. Bill doesn’t like paying his kids to work around the house. I’M SAYING! Jennifer tells Bill that Marge called her “shithole,” and I wish she would correct him. Bill told me that everyone has a different personality. He wanted her to admit that there was something she had to do.
Danielle took her father, Nate, and mother, Angel, to see the kids. Valentina can recognize famous artists, which is just priceless. Danielle mentions that if her son marries a mega-b*tch, she will poison him. They discussed the split in the family since then sister come into the picture. Nate is the only family member who talks to his son, and all he wants is for the family to be united. He needs to get his family out of this show – not unite them, divide them!
Joe and Melissa are talking to Melissa’s mother, Donna, and sister, Lysa. Melissa asks if she got an invite to Teresa’s party, which she hasn’t. He asked the children to leave the table so he could talk. Joe remembered that Melissa’s mother was there for his parents. He believes Louie has done nothing to correct his family’s problems.
Frank, Joe B., Joe G., Evan, Bill, Nate, and John arrive for a guys’ night. Paul, aka Buzz, didn’t come because he had to work save the planet. Frank thought that Paul had questioned his masculinity with the comment. He says his family dynamic has changed, and he misses his relationship with Dolores. Bill said he was more like Louie’s brother than Joe. Joe lets the men know that Melissa’s family isn’t invited to the party. They say Louie is trash, and who’s in? It’s Louie, who is now morphing into a sundried tomato. Side note: They really got on my last nerve after looking like eggplant and now my favorite vegetable!
Joe mentioned that Melissa’s parents weren’t invited to the party. Louie says he wasn’t invited because of his past problems. Joe B. said it was a slap in the face not to invite Melissa’s parents, especially in the Italian family. Louie mentions how the girls share stories about what really happened during Teresa’s PRISON. Joe tells him to shut up and that he should be ashamed of himself for being involved in this mess. He tells Louie, “F*ck you,” and he calls him an ap*ssy. Bill tells Joe to stop insulting the boy because he had to hear this crap at home from Jennifer!
Louie has fired up, saying that Joe on the podcast talking about his sister. He reminded Joe still in the reprogramming phase of the evil plan and can not force Teresa to do something she does not want – except, of course, with lots of sex on demand. Joe couldn’t let Teresa continue to hurt him. Louie blathers with Svengali’s script, saying how his feelings are justified too. Joe knows that Teresa can’t move on and will never forgive him for trying to pop the love bubble…
Next week, Bill and Jen have communication problems – again. Joe calls Teresa to make peace, and Louie has a script for him to read. Have a happy hump day, Blurbers, and see you tomorrow in Miami!
