Jen Shah just received some positive legal news.
According to the Federal Bureau of Prisons inmate database, the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star is currently scheduled to be released from prison in August, 2028… a year earlier than she is. originally sentence.
The 49-year-old reported to Bryan Federal Prison Camp (FPC) last month in Bryan, Texas.

The Bravo personality entered a guilty plea last July after he was arrested in March 2021 for his key role in a national telemarketing scheme.
Shah was later sentenced to 78 months (6.5 years) in prison in January after he admitted misleading senior citizens about potential business opportunities to learn financial information.

“I’m sorry. My actions have hurt innocent people,” Shah said in his sentencing. “I want to apologize by saying, I am doing everything I can to get the funds to pay the restitution.”
His lawyer later added:
“Jen Shah’s determination to make his victims whole and change their lives is unstoppable.
“He is committed to serving his sentence with courage and purpose, driven by a desire to repair the harm he has done and help others in his new community.”
Earlier this month, Shah released his first diary entry from behind bars.
“I feel physically ill,” Shah lamented at the time.
“I thought I could do this, but I decided I couldn’t.
“I want to go home now, but I know it’s impossible. I hope God will help me.”
Among her entries, Shah also claimed she suffered anxiety attacks just two miles from Bryan Federal Prison Camp in Bryan, Texas before becoming an official inmate.
“Fearing the worst and the unimaginable is going to happen,” Jen said. “Having to say goodbye to my sweet husband and precious baby Omar.”
Arriving at a federal prison facility, Shah said she hugged Omar “as tight as I could” and “cried as I buried my head in his chest.”
The liar and outlaw also hugged his wife, reassuring her that he was the “love of my life” as tears continued to “roll” down his face.
Shah’s lawyer’s conclusion after last year’s sentencing:
“The road ahead will be full of challenges.
“But with the love and support of her family and friends, Jen is ready to face these challenges and come out of this experience a better person who has a positive impact on others.”
