Jen was arrested in March 2021 after being accused of running a telemarketing scheme allegedly targeting parents. Fans have accused the 49-year-old of showing poor results on the show.
Jen reportedly refused to film the new season reunion because she couldn’t discuss the case. At the time, his sentence had not been set, and the star might have worried that the interview would influence the judge’s decision. But last weekend, Jen was set for a one-on-one interview with Andy Cohenand many wondered if Jen revealed the full truth.
According to documents obtained by TMZ, Jen’s participation in a mental health treatment program will be required after her release from prison.
After time is served, Jen will be on parole for five years, and mental health treatment will be part of this.
During the sentencing, Jen apologized for her actions and said, “With proper medication, I can now see what happened.”
The document says that Jen must continue to take her prescribed medication after her release unless Jen’s health care provider decides otherwise.
His probation officer will require him to enter a mental health program of his choice, and he may be forced to undergo tests to determine if he is using drugs or alcohol.
According to certain reports, Jen may be released after 5.5 years. His sentence will begin on February 17.
