James Kennedy no hookup with Lala Kentrung and Rachel Lewis‘ reaction was on Wednesday’s episode of Watch What Happens Live
Before his girlfriend, Ally Lewberrevealed that he trusted people after learning from the tryst in, the Vanderpump Rules star shows where Rendezvous and Lala’s down, responding to Raquel’s comments Lisa Vanderpumpand admit to feeling good about it Randall Emmett which was exposed by the LA Times.
“This was a hotel room … six years ago,” James confirmed of his and Lala’s relationship on the February 22 episode. WWHL.
During Wednesday Pump Rules, James sat down with Raquel to discuss the issue as it overlapped with their respective, five-year relationship. And looking back, James said he could have “definitely” been nicer to his ex when they talked.
“I think there’s always room for me to be better. That was the day I saw Graham Cracker again for the first time in six months and I think that’s part of the reason why I was a bit stronger that day,” he explained. “But yeah, I always think I can do better.”
As for Raquel breaking down to Lisa and declaring that she still loves James, James denies that her ex is still “in love” with her.
“Raquel is in a place where she’s supposed to find herself and figure out all the friendships and relationships on the show and I think she broke up and said she still loves me, but I don’t think that means, love,” she said.
Then, when asked why Tom Schwartz sympathized with Randall even after the LA Times article, which was accused of having women do sexual favors for his role in the film, which he denied, James said he felt vindicated – especially since he was not like Randall to begin with.
“I don’t know the relationship between Schwartz and Randall … I don’t know everyone’s relationship with Randall,” she admitted. “But now that it’s gotten to this point, it’s like, I mean, it feels so good, I can’t really comment on it.”
Even though James doesn’t like Lala, he remembers being one of the people who didn’t immediately get on the Randall train when Lala started dating in 2016.
“Honestly it’s powerful, I don’t think how it makes me look… I don’t like him forever but everyone makes me love him but then guess what? He’s a troll, yes, I feel comfortable with the whole situation, “he explained.
Throughout the episode, James’ girlfriend appears in the front row. And at one point, the host Andy Cohen asks her if she trusts James after learning he cheated on Raquel with Lala.
“I will not lie. At first, of course,” I admitted. “I hate to hear the news, but we can get through it. We’ve come a long way and I believe in him.
James was then asked Scheana Shay‘s meddling in Tom and Katie Maloneydivorced.
“Scheana doesn’t really mess with Katie, she doesn’t like her very much so anything to kind of push her button would be like, make her feel good,” he noted. “Oh, like all of a sudden Schwartz is the center of the universe? That’s the thing with Scheana, I think it’s good to make people the center of the universe – if they want to be.
While James is critical of Scheana’s behavior with Tom, he says he loves her relationship with her husband Brock Davies.
“[I admire that] that they rock each other and how much they love their family,” he shared.
Later, the WWHL: After the ShowJames told Andy he was “absolutely” different in his 30s than he was in his 20s before outlining his growth.
“I don’t drink half as much as I used to.” I don’t cheat on my boyfriend anymore. I didn’t do that. And I’m going to trade the bloody i8 for a f-cking Escalade. I got an SUV now. I was like, daddy James,” he said.
