Jacqueline Says Caroline “Not Well” After RHUGT Drama

Jacqueline Laurita Says Caroline is "[Traumatized]" by Brandi Drama on RHUGT, Tells Teresa Almost Melissa When Melissa Joins RHONJ, Plus How Kathy Did It

Jacqueline Laurita appeared in the former The Real Housewives of New Jersey producer Carlos King‘s podcast there, where he offers updates on Caroline Manzo.

The week after Caroline was reportedly involved in an inappropriate process by The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Brandi Glanville in the set of Real Housewives: Ultimate Girls Trip season four, Jacqueline admits her sister-in-law is “unwell” before opening up about her methods Melissa Gorga and Kathy Wakile join RHONJ and looking back at her lunch date with Theresa Judge and Luis Ruelas.

“I actually just reached her,” Jacqueline confirmed in the February 20 episode of Reality With The King. “I reached out to him when it happened with Brandi. I know a lot of things that I can’t talk about right now.

When Carlos wants to know how Caroline is doing after her encounter with Brandi, which allegedly caused Brandi to be sent home early, Jacqueline tells her that Caroline is “not feeling well”.

“It was very traumatic,” Jacqueline said. “I didn’t push too hard. I just want to know that he’s okay because it’s real … I think he likes to beat him or something happens … I think it’s really hard for him.”

Go to the neverending saga of how Melissa joined RHONJJacqueline said that she did not know that Melissa had allegedly reached out to the producer but later learned that she had contacted him. Danielle is dusty to him “stuff”.

“I remember that Melissa was scared about it. She didn’t want Danielle to come out with what she said to her and she didn’t tell her what she said to her, but I can imagine what all this is,” said Jacqueline.

According to Jacqueline, she believes the producers were intrigued by Teresa being anti-Melissa, especially after seeing her sister-in-law’s hostility on Facebook over cookie sprinkles and hearing Teresa tell her castmates not to film with her.

“Teresa always said when we were mic’d, ‘Don’t talk to Melissa. She just wants her face on camera.’ He knows about Melissa, so he doesn’t want her to be noticed and seen on camera,” Jacqueline explained.

But despite her efforts, as fans know, Melissa was eventually brought to the cast.

“It was about a week before filming when [Teresa] found out … I remember this Christening was going to be the first scene they filmed. So Teresa was like ‘I’m not doing a show. I’m not filming with them,’” Jacqueline recalled. “He was very against it.”

Although Jacqueline advises Teresa to make amends with Melissa and Joe before the start of filming RHONJ season three, Teresa did not do so. However, as he continued to sign the contract, he planned to act like nothing was wrong.

“He was like, ‘I’m just going to act like nothing’s wrong on camera,’ and he hugged him like, ‘Hey guys,’ and they were like, ‘Now you’re so happy. Us?'” she revealed. “He called her on camera. If he wants to come to the event and be peaceful, why?”

Looking back, Jacqueline says Melissa and Joe still didn’t want to hurt Teresa — all while she was the victim.

“He has a lot of stories about how Teresa treated him and a lot of things… I think he’s angry that he wasn’t put on the show when he was on the show and now he’s like, ‘We’re going to run alone,'” he suspected.

And although Kathy joined the cast at the same time, Jacqueline defended the way she did it, claiming she never surprised her sister, Teresa, with an addition.

“[Kathy] didn’t say anything to Teresa at first because she didn’t even know they were going to pick her and she didn’t want to go through the whole interview process and then not get in and have to be like, ‘She didn’t. ‘Don’t choose me to be on your show,’” Jacqueline explained. “He was going to tell Teresa but he left first. He was trying to decide, ‘Are we really doing this?’ Then when he came back, Teresa knew.

Years after the drama of season three, and after years of turmoil, Jacqueline enjoys lunch with her former castmate Teresa, who she credits, in part, Andy Cohen.

“Andy Cohen kept saying my name Watch What Happens Live like with Teresa, ‘I think it’s time to stop the war,’ and she’ll talk about little things like, bring me up and I’ve heard her in a few different things where she’s saying things like, she’ll talk to me,” said Jacqueline. . “I know it’s there, but I don’t want to go near it because I don’t want to go back to this world.”

But one morning, Jacqueline wakes up to a message from Teresa, who says she’s coming to Las Vegas and hopes to see her.

“He was like, ‘You can have Chris. I’m going to have Luis.’ I sat down and I was like, I have to look at it again. I was very surprised and I showed Chris. I was like, ‘Teresa wants to meet for coffee. What do you think?’ And Chris was like, ‘You need to sit down. It’s been a long time. I think you need to sit down and talk, listen to him out. See what he has to say,'” Jacqueline shared. “And we agreed to meet with him.”

“I was excited to see him and it was just strange when I saw him… We literally almost, it was almost like walking towards each other to hug each other. And we started talking like no time had passed and we didn’t even solve the problem old,” she said. “We just hold each other in everything.”

While many felt that Jacqueline’s reconciliation with Teresa was prompted by the negative comments Jacqueline made about Melissa, Jacqueline insisted that there was no “other motive.”

“[Teresa] very genuine and very sweet,” Teresa insisted. “We both just said, during the show, we were both going through things in our lives that were very stressful. We have a lot of pressure on the show, not only from the producers but people who are in the ear of the players, or outside influences and so on, so if you have a lot of people in the ear and you are under it. from stress and it’s happening in the event, you don’t know who to believe. It is very difficult to make and maintain friendships in such events.

And although he and Teresa did not leave the best place RHONJJacqueline said that the new meeting with Teresa showed a side “very different” from what fans see on television.

“She is more humble, very sweet, her attitude is very different. She reminds me of the old Teresa,” said Jacqueline. “I am very happy to see him. We picked up as if no time had passed and [were] just laugh, say, [and] hold up. Gabriella called… let me meet her. It’s just amazing.

Regarding her thoughts on Luis, Jacqueline said that while she had “heard things” from other people before meeting him, she found him to be “the best person”.

“He’s very caring and optimistic and positive. He’s like, ‘Teresa has wanted to contact you for a long time and I’m glad she did’ so I’m happy,” he said.

Jacqueline then notes that she and Teresa have made up several times, she thinks “this time is for good.”

Jacqueline Laurita was featured in the first seven seasons of Real Housewives of New Jerseydespite her sixth season role as “friend”.
