No trip to Las Vegas is complete without a stop at Chef Chris Santos‘ Stanton Social Prime, which officially opened on Tuesday, March 21. Connected to OMNIA Nightclub at Ceasars Palace, this new restaurant is full of weird vibes – which is exactly what it is chopped This judge has been planning the eatery for a while.

The luxury restaurant is the perfect dining opportunity for foodies and Instagram influencers. Every room in the 200-seat restaurant is a perfect photo opportunity because of the “Art Deco-inspired room, [which] adorned with bold colors, rich textures, and boudoir-like dramatic decorations on the backstage,” according to the Stanton Social Prime website.

Chef Santos opened the original Stanton Social restaurant in 2004, and for 15 years, it has been a hotspot on New York City’s Lower East Side. After its success, the Food Network star’s name was on the map among celebrity chefs. So, when the opportunity arose to join Tao Group Hospitality and continue the brand in Las Vegas, it was an opportunity that Chef Santos could not pass up.

Billed as a “reboot” of the original NYC restaurant, Stanton Social Prime includes some of the same signature sharing plates that Chef Santos has been rolling out over the years. However, there is definitely a higher flair to the dining experience this time around.
