Why so many people sit stonewalled while Trump attacks and belittles them is a mystery to anyone with self-respect. Trump looks funny. He is inarticulate. He had done it and said he looked cartoonish. He has lost the election, been indicted for a crime, and the inevitable indictment for the crime of overthrowing our government. If they don’t succeed, those who are shocked remain silent while they are abused and humiliated, but not 79-year-old E. Jean Carroll. Opportunism and cults now define the Republican party.
E. Jean Carroll and several other women during the trial described similar stories about Trump assaulting them. Since becoming president, twenty-six women in total have come forward to accuse Trump of sexual assault. The woman’s behavior patterns portray her as one of those manipulative predators. The judge allowed the Access Hollywood tape to be played in court in which Trump described the sexual behavior he engaged in. In the tape, he described women as complicit saying, “and they let you do it when you’re a star.” Everyone knows that Trump has attacked women. What does it say about women who believe that ALL sexual assault allegations by Trump are false? Will this Trump-adoring woman accept a date from a man on a dating app if he claims that although he has been accused by his ex-husband and 26 other women of sexual asssult, he is innocent?Wake up rural, evangelical Republican America. You have been lied to, used, gaslighted and lied to. The only way to redeem your patriotism and integrity is to reject Trump and support sane conservatives who believe in democracy rather than autocracy. In autocratic governments, non-Republican leaders can ban all books that mention Christianity and restrict men from having vasectomy. In autocracy, freedom is promised, but in reality it is lost.
If America had to round up cult leaders, why did they choose someone so mentally ill and dangerous? If the government of our country wants to eliminate democracy, under the autocratic federal system of government, can Americans who support Trump, MAGA politics, and white nationalism be legally required to submit to intensive psychotherapy or take anti-psychotic drugs? There is no end to the loss of freedom if alt-right Republicans stay in power.
