Former president Donald Trump and his allies in Congress support what Rhodes leads until and on January 6. He believed in many of the beliefs held by the fascist government. They support the dangerous and dangerous goal of turning America into an autocratic, racist state consistent with the philosophy of white supremacist groups. By admitting that he intends to pardon violent seditionists like Rhodes, Trump recognizes them as autocrats and a domestic threat to the survival of American democracy. The Oathkeepers and Proud Boys are white supremacist groups who believe that non-white, non-Christian people are the antithesis of what America is all about. In fact, every American who elects a politician who will support pardoning a seditionist, domestic terrorist is a fake America and only dangerous for the survival of democracy.It is well documented that Donald Trump has closely studied the styles and philosophies of notorious dictators. They have publicly proven that maintaining power is more important than preserving human life and the freedom and dignity of all people. Supporting the likes of Elmer Stewart Rhodes and Proud Boy leader Enrique Tarrio, Trump-supporting members of Congress and Trump are the same confessions that support turning the American government into a Republican-controlled autocracy. The normalization of lying, political violence, conspiracy theories and racism sadly now define the ideology of the Republican party. However, with the new conviction of Rhodes, Tarrio and subordinates, the Judicial Branch of the American government affirmed the democratic values contained in the Constitution rejecting the autocratic MAGA movement.

Other members of Congress who have sought pardons from Trump should be investigated for possible involvement in the planning and execution of the insurgency.
Why should a democracy keep elected officials in office who publicly claim America is a white nationalist country, who support blocking the peaceful transfer of presidential power, who ignore congressional subpoenas, who support autocrats for the presidency, who spread conspiracy theories and who vote for seditionists. through law enforcement efforts to protect the democratic process remain in office? Democracy is good, but reforms are needed now to ensure its survival.
