Candidates for the Imo State House of Assembly election and party leaders have expressed concern over the level of voter apathy and the late arrival of Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) officials for the scheduled polls in the state.
In Ihiagwa in Owerri council area of the state, Precious Opara and Ekene Umunaekwe, candidates of the Labor Party and All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) said the situation could undermine credible training in the area.
