The business mogul said the fine imposed by the court as punishment for the contempt has been paid.

The General Jurisdiction of the Accra High Court found McDan guilty after he willfully disobeyed its order regarding a parcel of land in East Legon.
Kweku Tawiah Ackaah-Boafo, a Court of Appeal Judge sitting as an additional High Court Judge imposed a fine of GHc40,000 McDan as punishment for the offence.
The court ordered that GHc15,000 of the fine should be awarded to the petitioner in the matter, Al-Hassan Iddisah.
