Well, here are the eerie new details about the suspect University of Idaho murder…

As already reported, 28 years old Bryan Christopher Kohberger arrested on four counts of first-degree murder and one count of felony burglary in Pennsylvania on Friday morning for murder Xana Kernodle, Ethan Chapin, Madison Mogenand Kaylee Goncalves. Information about the arrests is limited, although law enforcement sources have disclosed CNN The police connected Bryan to the crime after finding DNA at the crime scene and traced the possession of white Hyundai Elantra Kab spotted near the crime scene for the suspect.

Criminology studies alone provide potential insight into the murder plan. In the hours after Kohberger’s arrest, several outlets discovered that months before the victim’s death, the suspect apparently asked questions Reddit for the help of criminals in a school research project – about how they pick up victims and commit crimes!

In the post since-deleted, Bryan — in the username Criminology_Student – asked them to conduct an anonymous survey about their experience, saying:

“Hello, my name is Bryan and I invite you to participate in a research project that wants to understand how emotions and psychological traits influence decision-making when committing a crime. Specifically, this study tries to understand the story behind the most recent criminal offense, with an emphasis on your thoughts and feelings during your experience.

Research questions include:

“Did you prepare to commit a crime before you left home?”

“Why do you choose your victim or target over others?”

“What was the first step you took to reach your goal?”

“After committing a crime, what do you think and feel?”

He also asked how the ex-convict would “leave the scene” and if he had an accomplice. In retrospect all these questions seem less like homework and more like asking for advice.

The post noted that the “student investigator” who conducted the study was Bryan Kohberger and was endorsed by “DeSales University IRB.” Since his arrest, the university has confirmed Bryan received his bachelor’s degree, saying in a statement on its website:

“On Friday, December 30, DeSales University learned of the arrest of Bryan Kohberger in connection with the murders of four University of Idaho students. Kohberger will receive his undergraduate degree in 2020 and complete his graduate studies in June 2022. As a Catholic, Salesian community, we have experienced a tragedy Our thoughts and prayers are with the families of the victims during this difficult time.
