Wow, we are only said we will likely only look at the tip of the iceberg when it comes to evidence against Bryan Kohberger.
Over the weekend there were reports saying that a suspect had been charged University of Idaho The murder was “sure” that he would be “exonerated” – which seemed quite off-base for us considering how much we already know the authorities have in him. But as predicted, there is more. And the latest leaked evidence will be a very difficult thing for the defense to explain if they expect…

A source close to the investigation told people there is that Kohberger has a photo of one of the female victims on the phone! The cell phone was confiscated during the arrest, and that’s where authorities found a cache of photos. An insider said:
“He has more than one picture of her. It’s clear that he cares about her.
Wait, he was arrested a month and a half after the murder, but the photos is still there?? Wow. We hear that he was cautious about DNA and fingerprints leading up to his arrest — but if he didn’t wipe his phone, that means he didn’t know the police were going to raid his parents’ home in Pennsylvania. Huh.
As for which victim, the source does not make it clear. Three female victims: 21-year-old besties Maddie Magen and Kaylee Goncalvesand a roommate of 20 years Xana Kernodle. Kernodle’s girlfriend Ethan Chapinwho stayed that night, also died.

The source also did not say whether this was a photo Kohberger took from social media or — more intriguingly — taken by himself. Both options are possible. We heard earlier that Kohberger followed all three girls Instagram – and even he has repeatedly sent DMs to one, possibly the one he has saved a photo of.
Although less likely, the photo may have been taken in person. The probable cause affidavit showed Kohberger’s phone was in the same place as several victims multiple times over several months, meaning he followed them. They even show up at the restaurant where Maddie and Xana work as double servers. Can he take photos with his cell phone?
Either way, that’s not a smoking gun in itself — but we’d imagine it’ll help if prosecutors try to establish a pattern of stalking. But that’s the way to die… Kohberger is not expected back in court until June 26 for the next preliminary hearing.
What do you think of this new evidence, Perezcious paralegal?
