A leading contender for the NDC 2024 flag bearer Dr Kwabena Duffuor has told party delegates to vote him as the party’s Presidential candidate if they want a real state collection system in the 2024 general elections.

The former Bank of Ghana governor believes that the opposition NDC can do the same or better in 2024 with the right leadership.
