Minister of Greater Accra Region, Henry Quartey said he has not resigned from his post nor does he intend to.
He said in an interview Peace FM “Kokrokoo” program, the Minister responded to the speculation that he did not appear on the public stage because he voluntarily left his job.
Confirming that he is still in office, the Minister mentioned how the Minister of Trade, Alan Kyerematen resigned from his post stating that he (Henry Quartey) will inform the President and a communique will be released by the Office of the President to the public.
He urged the public to ignore the rumours “The president has not indicated that he does not want to work with me anymore and as far as I am concerned, I am working and I will continue to work”.
