“My husband is a giant troll, that’s one of my favorite things about him,” Duff told the host Andy Cohen on Thursday. “When they moved in, for some reason Matt photoshopped the picture of Joel and [brother Benji Madden] in a photo with me on Valentine’s Day with something like, ‘Happy Valentine’s Day, honey.’”
Duff dated the “Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous” artist as a teenager from 2004 to 2006. Shortly after the split, Madden shared. that the couple remains on good terms and continues to communicate.
