Music investor and socialite, Ayisha Modi, has shed more light on her profession as a nanny and certified nursing assistant in the United States.
Ayisha said she has a license to give shots to patients to help them die slowly, with the consent of the family and the doctor’s instructions.
Ayisha Modi said that in general, her services are usually used after the doctor’s declaration that the ‘old sick patient’ has no time to live.
He added that there have been cases of elderly patients suffering from severe pain asking for it to be done.
Ayisha who stated that she has been in this profession for 14 years, said that she has given death shots to around 200 patients.
“There are some patients who have a limited time on earth. Maybe a week or two. I have a license to give people a shot that facilitates death. There are patients who want to die, so in this case, we give them morphine. It makes them sleep and kill slowly -slow. For a patient who smokes, his lungs don’t work properly at the stage where he can breathe properly. If a patient doesn’t have food and water in his system for about two days and you give him morphine, he will die faster. I have a license to do everything. I have upgraded from just living, to a nursing assistant, so I can do everything. A family called me after their parents were declared dead within three months. I have been doing this work for 14 years and I have facilitated the death of about 200 patient. The last patient who died before I came to Ghana, left a check and three gold chains.
“You can’t do this job if you don’t have empathy. Because you have to take care of people’s families, property like yours. I have benefited a lot from it. I have a friend who married a patient and after he died, the property was wanted for him. I have about five gold chains that my patients give me,” he said in an interview monitored by GhanaWeb.
While making all these statements, Ayisha Modi picked up her phone and showed the camera a picture of one of her patients being laid on her deathbed.
Although the host, Kofi Adoma, instructed the videographers not to focus on images that could be a violation of privacy, Ayisha Modi insisted that they be taken.
“The family has authorized you to arrest them,” he said.
About the profit of the business, Ayisha said, “I have a license to be a nursing assistant and I can work in a hospital but I prefer to live at home. because I earn more money than those who work in a hospital. Those who are in this profession are very rich. He can buy a house and everything he wants so that I have a place in New York. What I earn in a week is what my mother earns in a month. I make $500 a day and even more. My mother who is also in the same profession has a house in Atlanta Georgia .You can’t do this work if you don’t have paper.
