The Lead Pastor of Pemanen International Christian Centre, Bolaji Idowu, has stressed the need for Nigerians to be optimistic and develop a positive mindset to overcome the challenges facing the country in the new year.
The country is fighting inflation, insecurity, unemployment and other challenges, which citizens hope can be overcome if a good leader is elected in the upcoming elections.
At the church’s Winepress 2023 conference in Lagos, the cleric noted that the importance of a positive mental attitude and strategic planning, supported by spiritual direction, cannot be overemphasized in these challenging times. He also highlighted the month of January as a critical time to set the tone for the rest of the year.
“If your mind is small and your beliefs are limited, there are heights you cannot reach,” he said. Speaking about the church, which is reported to have been changing lives for almost two decades around the world, he said: “What started with just a few people has become one of our favorite places of worship, attracting more than one million visitors online and on site.
“Harvesters Church is a safe place. A no-judgment zone. That’s why even the most secretive people are comfortable enough to share their deepest life struggles during our services.
He further said that the upcoming four-day spiritual renewal conference, Winepress 2023, is aimed at disrupting limiting mindsets and giving Nigerians divine direction for 2023.
“No man is an island. You can’t do it alone. You need to ask God for guidance to set goals and collaborate with the right people to achieve those goals.
“Winepress is where you can get the divine guidance and connection you need for 2023. It is also a place of transformation with the Holy Spirit for those seeking healing, life partners, career growth, business expansion, visa approval, financial freedom, childbirth. and overall progress in his life,” he added.
He noted that the four-day event, starting January 25, will feature the prophetic ministry of Dunsin Oyekan, Nathaniel Bassey and Omowunmi Idowu at the Landmark event centre.
