Is Hilaria Baldwin trying to send a message in the middle of the news Alec Baldwin accused of fatal shooting of the cinematographer Halyna Hutchins?
While the 39-year-old has yet to speak out about her husband’s legal problems – perhaps on the advice of her counsel – she took to the streets and wore the top of her eyebrows. The yoga instructor was spotted grabbing some coffee on Friday, and we couldn’t help but notice that she was sporting a green sweatshirt with the word “Empathy” emblazoned across the front. Really, Hilaria??? She also paired her inneresting fashion statement with faux leather leggings, black sandals with pearl embellishments, and sunglasses. We mentioned, Hilaria’s fashion choice after Santa Fe County Great District Mary Carmack-Altwies announced that Alec and the armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed will be charged with two counts of involuntary manslaughter. Both men could face up to 18 months in prison and a $5,000 fine, or five years in prison for having a firearm involved in the crash.

Alec’s lawyer Lukas Nick slam the charges in the statement for people, calling it a “miscarriage of justice.” He added:
“Mr. Baldwin had no reason to believe there were live bullets in the gun — or anywhere else on the film set. He trusted the professionals he worked with, who assured him that the pistol had no live bullets. We will fight the charges, and we will win.
We’ll see what happens. Now, it’s Hilaria indeed hoping for some empathy in the midst of Alec’s legal troubles? Or is there a loud outfit for another reason?
After being photographed wearing a T-shirt, he came out again and told reporters waiting outside his apartment to gather because he had something to say. Does he have to say it? He told me he didn’t have anything. Hmm…
“I just want to say one thing. I want to say what I want to say. I want you to know that we have seven children. You are here [when I have to] escorted to school and when they came home – not good. On a human level, you know I won’t say anything to you. You know. So I hope my family stays in peace. And let this all play out. OK? So my children go home and you away from them. Because they asked me, ‘Mom, what are these people doing?’ And it’s very difficult as a mother, to try and explain. So please, go home. I won’t say anything and Alec won’t say anything.
It’s unlikely that he says everything in a fake Spanish accent, but, you know, that’s not the point…

Why make a big statement about not making a statement? Well, accordingly Page Six, Not until after that the reporter realized that when he said, Alec quickly came out the side door to the waiting van. Are all the outfits, statements, all just to create a smokescreen for his wife to be a journalist?
