Heritage Caravan patrons enjoy the Amedzofe Canopy Walkway; towards Royal Senchi
Day one of Citi TV and Citi FM’s Heritage Caravan was filled with awe-inspiring moments after the visitors embarked on an exhilarating mountain hike to the Amedzofe Canopy Walkway in the Volta Region.
This is the first stopover for this Year’s Caravan subscribers after the subscribers departed from Citi TV in Accra on Saturday, March 4, 2023.
Before departing for the Volta Region, visitors were treated to a hearty breakfast amidst the soothing music of God’s Gift Brass Band.
Caravanites travel on the Canopy road that leads to Gemi mountain.
After walking about 15 minutes from the Amedzofe community, revelers descend 295 steps to the canopy path.

Currently, the Caravan is on its way to the Royal Senchi hotel in the Eastern region, where today’s activities will end with dinner and music from the Kwampa band tonight.
The Heritage Caravan, which is part of Citi TV and Citi FM’s Heritage Month, is a week-long road trip that takes participants through various regions of Ghana to experience the rich culture, dynamic traditions, and historical pieces of Ghana’s heritage.
