Heritage Caravan 2023: Patrons receive a royal reception at Bonwire
The ‘Carvanites’ on day two of the Heritage Caravan had the privilege of learning about one of Ghana’s popular prints, Kente and the heritage of the Bonwire people.
The customers have traveled all the way from the East to the Ashanti Region after visiting the Volta Region on the first day of their 7-day trip.
On arrival, the Caravans were welcomed by Chief Bonwire, Nana Bobbie Ansah and his entourage.
The Heritage Caravan, which is part of Citi TV and Citi FM’s Heritage Month, is a week-long road trip that takes participants through various regions of Ghana to experience the rich culture, dynamic traditions, and historical pieces of Ghana’s heritage.
The Heritage Caravan 2023 is powered by Citi TV in partnership with the Ghana Tourism Authority with support from Citi FM and proudly sponsored by Hollard Ghana, European Union, Malta Guinness, Ebony Condoms, GOIL Company Ltd., National Lottery Authority, Voltic Mineral Water and Extract Experience Colgate.
