Heather Denies Black Eye Was from Sex Injury

RHOSLC Reunion Recap: Heather Denies Her Black Eye From Sex Injury; Whitney Call Heather a "Masters of Debate;" In addition, Jen is asking for money for legal fees

This season from The Real Housewives of Salt Lake city is officially done with part two of the reunion. Some interesting tidbits beg to be revealed, and Heather has been recanting her “ride or die” level of friendship with Jane. Can the four women move forward, or will they live in the shadows of this rollercoaster season?

The ‘friend of’ still took up space on the couch, and Anggi K. still trying to push Barbie scissor kicks narrative. Angie explains that, according to “some” people, a sexual relationship between Heather and Jen may have happened, thus causing Heather’s black eye. Heather states, “It wasn’t a sexual injury, and if it was, I don’t remember,” which is a typical response to Heather’s amnesia. He believes that “whatever happens” he “deserves”. Heather continued to stay in the “shame spiral” of the black eye until it was time to rest.

B-team came out just in time to Whitneywhich segment. He began to talk about the physical manifestation and work of recalling memory because he always knew that something else was going on. He disrespected cast members and audience members who questioned his history and healing process. Whitney is especially salty about Heather, who calls her trip “childish, stupid, and rude.”

Heather claims she won’t let go of Whitney’s feelings about her trauma; However, Whitney is not ready to forgive Heather. Bad Weather’s breakup became the focal point of the reunion. Currently, things are still not good between Heather and Whitney. Whitney still feels like Heather lied about it Lisa gossip, and he calls Heather a “master debater.”

Whitney claims “the details of our trip are up,” but um, no, Whitney. The LIES will trip you up. Heather admits she holds Whitney to a higher standard than Jen — which is why she’s so hurt by Whitney’s break. That standard for Jen should be pretttty low. I mean, Jen MAY have punched Heather in the eye, but hey – they’re still besties. While Whitney calls Heather a liar, and boom – the friendship is over.

Heather explains that Whitney’s newfound friendship with Lisa makes her trustworthy, and Lisa jumps in to remind Heather that Jen was talking about Heather too. Lisa even whipped out a receipt to show all the incidents where Jen gossiped.

Whitney stated that she needed to create boundaries to keep Heather at a safe distance since at times she felt this friendship was too one-sided. Whitney even said during her podcast that Heather continues to “hide behind manipulation and gaslighting.”

According to Whitney, it’s a matter of loyalty to Jen vs. loyalty to Whitney. Heather admitted that she no longer uses the term “ride or die” to describe her friendship with Jen, but she’s still processing the news. Heather explained that she was more vulnerable this season, so she wasn’t as stable as last year. I will say… Meredith jumped in to say how the season rewatch teaches everyone a lesson – wonder what Meredith will learn after seeing her constant RBF reunion??

Heather explained that she was in court with the Church, and she was worried about how her family would react to the story she told in her book. Despite hearing the whole story with Whitney, Heather claimed she was “trying to accept” it. It’s weird that Whitney is looking for compensation when she’s the one who wants to take a break from the friendship, but I don’t get it.

During lunch, Whitney claims that Heather is playing the victim card, and Lisa can’t figure out who Heather is now because she’s weak.

The men joined the women on set, and it felt like putting them in a reunion. We learned that Justin think that the unemployed is “pretty amazing,” And Lisa and John did not want to harm his child Jackdespite putting him on a private plane and buying a Range Rover.

Seth discussing the awkward moment with Lisa in the Trainer birthday party. Lisa jumps in and explains that she wants Seth to know that she is truly sorry for last season. When asked about Meredith spreading rumors of infidelity in their marriage, John replied that Meredith was just “crusading to get back at Lisa.”

John makes it clear that he never said anything about Meredith, but he wonders why Seth let his wife make fun of Lisa. Justin, aka Dr. Phil, puts himself in and believes that he can be the glue to get the man back. It sounds like someone has been desperately trying to stay relevant… As quickly as the hubbies came in, they excused themselves. I guess it is important to note that it seems that Seth and Lisa share the same self-tanner, so that is the progress of the relationship, right?

Andy sets viewers up and reminds us that (unfortunately) the funnest part of the season happens off-camera. “After pleading not guilty for over a year, Jen pleads guilty.” Heather was the first to speak, and she explained that it was hard for Jen to realize the accusations were real and not part of the show, since she was arrested on the show and everything unraveled while she was a TV personality.

Meredith reminds Andy that Jen is still human, and she always roots for the underdog, which is why she’s still (surprisingly) in Jen’s corner. Everyone is having a hard time figuring out how the relationship between Meredith and Lisa took a 180, because last season Meredith seemed to “gloat” about Jen’s arrest.

Meredith explains that she was informed that Jen was trying to kill herself, so she wasn’t going to interfere with the situation. Meredith remains in Jen’s fragile mental state, but Andy still tries to understand her justification. Meredith believes she can’t make the hard choices until Jen is punished. Lisa reminds Meredith that she’s “rewriting history” since last season she was judge and jury against Jen (Lisa Barlow quote).

Meredith refuses to say anything about Jen’s innocence or guilt, and even Andy says, “I feel wild.” He then asks Meredith if she’s “scared” that Jen will come after her if she talks about it. Meredith replies that she’s not afraid of Jen (rewind the tapes of last season when Meredith was hot), and then she drops a bombshell.

Jen’s sealed indictment was issued when the show was first announced at BravoCon. Meredith claims she read that information somewhere… interesting. Heather said she would see the kids and Coach Jen and maybe they would become pen pals.

Whitney wonders if Coach has any knowledge of Jen’s cheating behavior, and of course, Heather denies Coach knows anything. However, Heather felt like Coach and Jen thought it wasn’t worth rolling the dice with the jury, especially considering the financial strain of the added legal fees.

Heather explains that Jen asked the person in the chair for money (because scammers will scam) and then shows it Angie Harrington give money to Jen’s case. Heather further stated that she was hesitant to help – amis remembers ShahXposed and how quickly the chaos went away. Coincidence? I don’t think…

Lisa became upset as Lisa could with a crocodile crying talking about Jen – good times and bad. As for Whitney “crying” this season and not shedding tears for Jen.

The last moments of the reunion bring about Heather’s emotions. Heather’s biggest regret this season is staying at the after-club party…the shame she carries with her black eye is heavy, and she needs to heal before she can let it go.

Whitney wants her to wait until she’s sober to talk about the rumors, but she’s disappointed that Heather doesn’t regret breaking up when she’s asked by Andy.

Meredith wishes she could be clearer and more careful with her words. And Lisa won’t regret it, but she wants to have more boundaries with Jen. Champagne is out, and Andy tries to wrap the season with a “go Jazz” toast in a nod to blowjobs for courtside tickets. A cake will be brought out to celebrate Lisa and Meredith’s birthday, and we are blessed with one last singing moment of Lisa Barlow. Here’s hoping this friendship heals and we’re excited to leave the country for the cast tour next season!
