This is the season finale The Real Housewives of Salt Lake city and that too JaneSwan song, because we won’t see him in a new episode for at least 6.5 years. This season has been full of friendly breaks, Finstas, fights, and, of course, *black eyes. It is hard for viewers to know what has been developed for Jen on January 6; However, other women (attempted) to finish the season in just 30 minutes, because that’s it Well done allocated before the focus shifted only to Shah’s trial.

Heather has designed a book cover for her opening party-yes, you read that right- no book, just a cover. Of course Heather’s choir will be working on the show, and I’m glad to hear she’ll be performing live. (Be sure to give Lisa a solo- thanks in advance!) This event will celebrate Heather’s book Bad Mormons“impulse buying at the airport” kinda reads accordingly Seth.

The good news is that Heather’s black eye was almost completely gone by the time of the party. Lisa fed up with Heather’s Who Dunnit game, as well as the rest of the audience! All the characters come to support Heather, incl Dana, Anggi K., Angi H., and of course, Heather’s cousin. The support of her siblings means everything to Heather, because in her book, she is really bashing everything they believe in.

Angie explains that according to the rumors that Jen is spreading, Angie is responsible for Heather’s black eye. Jen- talk about diverting attention from the right side… Angie felt that if Jen felt it, she would be “out to get you.”

Angie, a woman annoyed by the swirling rumors about her, then shares a new rumor about Jen (tit for tat??). It has been said that Jen and Heather were “doing Barbie scissor kicks” aka “in the room having sex” and that’s how Heather got a black eye. I can not agree more with Lisa- I, too, do not like this visual painted by Angie K. Then Angie said that maybe the black eye happened cuz people are not good in bed!!

Trainer and Jen beeline over to Angie H. and her husband to discuss Finsta. Coach made “Elf on the Shelf” wife Angie cry. He couldn’t form a sentence because he was so scared and Angie had to jump in to speak for him. The pair embrace and Finsta’s problems seem to be over.

I’m cringing through the chorus of this Amazing Grace rendition and Jen Shah’s “Shamazing Grace” version is def not getting old either. Delivering a song, Heather grabbed the mic and talked about the friendship she wanted: “Ride or die for everybody. And if I’m a bad Mormon, I hope I can be a good friend. She then has a COUNTDOWN to reveal the cover of Heather’s book, bad NYE , and Heather proudly models a sleeveless dress like an evil Mormon.

What’s a Housewives show without drama? Whitney and Jen had a moment and Whitney explained that the San Diego trip felt like a gang up on her. And then in the spirit of ganging up, Danna, Angie K., Lisa, and Meredith by. Many forms. Fingers start pointing.

Whitney wonders why one-on-one, Jen is good, but in a group, Jen can’t be trusted. Then Angie jumped. He is done with all the rumours, from now on they make him look bad. Angie doesn’t like it when Jen tells people that she’s the one who gave Heather the black eye. Jen calls Coach over and Angie doesn’t pick up. He asks if Jen’s “suicide attempt” is real or is it all fake? Jen is shocked that Angie would ever ask about someone else’s mental health and that she would stop.

Heather made it through and before another fight could come out, the season finale bios popped up, a whole half hour earlier than usual.

Heather vows to keep up the choir and hopes to “give amazing grace” to her ride or die, Jen. Lisa hasn’t been to a Jazz game in a while (boom). Bad Weather is still unsettled and there is no reconciliation with Lisa and Meredith.

Three months later…and we are now four months away from trying Jen. The trial took place five times, but it was close. Jen sits down with her mom (probably Jen’s last victim when her mom paid her pension to help Jen) talk about reality. Coach and Jen pack and prepare for Jen’s battle in her life in New York.

Flashbacks are everything (thank you, production) and it’s terrifying to know the real-time outcome of Jen’s future. It reminds me of everything Jen has said/done this season – just imagine what she said and did when the cameras weren’t there…

Meredith and Heather, both of Jen’s ride or die, have also traveled to New York to support Jen. Both women feel helpless, especially after Jen asks Heather to check on her family if “the worst” happens. Meredith and Heather go up to Jen’s multi-room hotel room and it seems like a branding moment for Mark Brooksbecause they were all wearing sweatsuits and leggings.

Just two days into the trial, Seth took Meredith and Heather out and they started talking about what was impending for Jen. Seth reminds us that Coach is having a hard time too. The coach was stressed, especially as he went through the long list of witnesses set for the trial. Heather said her “worst fear was not only that she would be blamed, but that she would have to serve.”

Meredith clarified that “no one is disputing that the scheme took place, but questions are surrounding Jen’s involvement.” Meredith calls it a “main, main trial” and Seth asks the ladies: has anyone ever asked Jen if she’s guilty of the accusations? Heather replies that she will support Jen in whatever path she takes, after all, “You trust the people you love.” Okay, Heather.

Later, Jen shared that the hardest part for her was studying Stuart, her old assistant, has turned her on. Jen calls her a “bad motherf*cker” who plays her. After Stuart pleaded guilty, Jen was able to see everything that happened behind his back to reduce his sentence. Even Heather, ride or die, has a hard time believing that Stuart is someone who doesn’t know that Jen is. Jen points out that it’s hard to trust people and Meredith’s face says: yes, it’s like I have a hard time trusting you.

Jen is eager to “go public” and when the producer asks, “Are you ready to tell the real story now?” I screamed: Make it. That. Occurrence.

On July 11, Jen Shah pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit wire fraud. (On January 6, he was sentenced to 6.5 years).

Back in SLC, Lisa and Heather meet to discuss the reality of Jen’s trial. Lisa is shocked to find out who Jen really is and Heather explains that she is “so sad”. The women mourn for the children who will be without their mothers and from the transcript, Jen realizes that what she did was wrong. Heather thinks that once Jen realizes she can’t escape, the story changes. So what made Jen decide not to fight?

Heather, Miss Ride or Die herself, has a theory. Heather was the one who wouldn’t say that gave her a black eye (::cough Jen::) implicating Coach. Heather believes that Coach discovered what Jen did and can’t explain it. Heather further thought that one of the witnesses was the smoking gun and therefore, the Shahs knew there was no other way. Heather repeats that Jen is guilty while Lisa tries to squeeze the tears from her eyes. The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City will never be the same again…
