The Health Minister briefed Parliament on vaccine shortages on March 7


Mr. Kwaku Agyemang-Manu, the Minister of Health, is scheduled to brief Parliament on March 7, on measures being taken to address the shortage of childhood vaccines in the country.

Mr. Alexander Kwamina Afenyo-Markin, the Deputy Majority Leader, said this while delivering the House of Representatives Business Statement for the week ending Friday, March 10.

The Deputy Majority Leader said, in the next week, 32 ministers are expected to come to the House to answer questions.

Out of 32 questions, there will be four urgent questions and 28 oral questions.

He asked the DPR committee with a referral to expedite the same work for consideration by the DPR.

Mr Afenyo-Markin said the President, in accordance with Article 67 of the Constitution, is scheduled to deliver a message on the State of the Nation to Parliament on March 8.
