Harris Must Win Debate on Knowledge and Expose Trump’s Lies

Kamala Harris will win the debate with Trump on knowledge, but she must also ridicule his lying, incorrect statements, and criminal record.

Trump has gone back and forth about whether he will debate Harris in September. In his transparently, phony style, he will pretend his backing out has something to do with the venue or date. However, it is apparent he is intimidated by her. He should be. Despite having made it to the presidency with the help of Putin and James Comey,  Trump’s knowledge of the Constitution, the law, national security, law enforcement, and how government works is dwarfed by Harris’s professional achievements. She is a leader, he is a puppet owned by the NRA, oil billionaires, and possibly foreign enemies of the U.S. There is no doubt Harris will lead Trump into debate hell.
Harris’s prosecution skills are well-documented. As a prosecutor in California she successfully prosecuted sexual offenders, domestic violence cases, and fraudent banks. During Senate hearings, her skill at questioning members of the Trump administration is legendary.  Some of her best moments were with Justice Brett Kavanaugh, Attorney General William Barr, and Attorney General Jeff Sessions. All three stumbled and mumbled incoherent or nonsensical answers.

If given the opportunity by the moderators, Harris should present questions or statements to be addressed by Trump. Examples:

  • Would you support any laws where the government had control over the male body, such as forced vasectomy reversals or banning access to condoms? If not, why?
  • How can you say Republican party stands for the sanctity of families when it separated children from their families at the border, voted against child tax cuts, and support cuts for school programs?
  • How can you profess standing for law and order when you have been indicted and charged with a voluminous amount of crimes? You break laws.
  • Denigrating the integrity of soldiers who get captured and soldiers who get killed should disqualify you from being commander and chief.
  • You are lying about the crime rate being high, the illegal border crossings being up, the economy being the worst in history, and that you won, when you lost, the 2020 election.
  • I am challenging you to a moderated town hall on the subjects of the Constitution and history. Do you accept?
  • Why did you watch the violent assault of police officers at the Capitol for three hours and refuse to use your power to stop it?
  • Your intention to have the government legislate forced pregnancies and punish women who seek abortions proves you are a misogynist.
  • You are addicted to filing bogus lawsuits that you know you will lose. You have wasted millions of dollars of taxpayer money. It disrespects the integrity of our legal system and every taxpayer.
  • It is common knowledge that world dictators support you because they have seen how easy it is to manipulate you.
  • Can you explain why so many of your lawyers and former members of your administration have been indicted or jailed for crimes against the United States?
With a tone of gentle kindness, Harris will call Trump out on every dysfunctional tactic he will employ during the debate.
  • If he interrupts she should ” shush” him with a pointed finger
  • When he lies, she should call it a lie and explain that lying to his supporters demeans them.
  • When he gets a fact wrong, she snidely should say, ” I know you’re trying, but your explanation couldn’t be more wrong. Then call for a fact check.
  • If he calls her names, she should say, ” You’re acting like a 5th grader on the playground.  My supporters would love me to call you old, fat, and stupid but I’m hear to be serious, not petty.
