Ghana Provides An Adaptable Environment For Digital Marketers – CEO of HypeNet | Technology

Chief Executive Officer of HypeNet Marketing Group, Rhoda Naa Yemoley Odoi, a student from Ghana who studied a one-year digital marketing diploma course in the US, has mentioned the American digital marketing community as one that is difficult to understand and adapt to.

In an interview with Rev. Erskine in Y107.9FM’s YLeaderboard Series, the digital marketer stated that communication is important in the digital marketing community that is constantly creating content and, as a result, must be able to market the brand.

They say they can’t learn how to live and follow it to get ahead in the digital marketing community.

“I don’t know the market; you know, digital marketing is about communication because you create content; you have to know how to live and how to communicate; I know that I can’t fit in,” he highlighted.

According to Madam Rhoda, Ghana has a more flexible market and it will be easy to apply what we have learned in a better and more efficient way compared to the United States. He told me that comments that would be taken lightly in Ghana would be taken seriously in America.

“I realized that communication would be a big problem there, and I could cause problems; it took a long time to understand,” he said.

Remembering his days as a digital marketing student at the Manhattan General Assembly, where he struggled to relate the examples given during lectures, he said that he was automatically asked to take time to adapt to the way of life and communication.

“Even when I was studying there, our lecturers would give examples about Walmart, for example; if you don’t know Walmart as a shopping center, you won’t understand; therefore, I know it will take a long time to understand the system and its things,” he speculated.
