On Valentine’s Day, Ghana Post honored the Vice Chancellor of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Prof. Rita Akosua Dickson, for her contribution to academia and continued business with Ghana Post.
In a brief ceremony at the KNUST campus, the MD of Ghana Post, Bice Osei Kuffour, revealed that the management of Ghana Post honored Prof. Dickson is a tribute to his loyalty to Ghana Post by maintaining a business relationship over 15 years between the two. institution.
He added that KNUST is one of Ghana Post’s main customers in the Ashanti Region, and for the past 15 years, the Ghana Post Office has been selling entry forms and sending transcripts on behalf of KNUST.
In his response, Prof. Dickson thanked Ghana Post for the kind gesture. He noted that Ghana Posthads played to bridge the gap between the people and KNUST.
He commended the management of Ghana Post for innovation and advised them to continue to make customer service a priority.
Ghana Post’s special delivery team, comprising of Kumawood Stars, Ebenezer Akwasi Antwi, aka Dr Likee, and Matilda Asante, delivered a giant portrait to Lady Julia, wife of Otumfuo Osei II.
The team showed their love in branded Ghana Post costumes to Ejisuhemaa Nana Yaa Asantewaa, Asante Mamponghemaa Nana Agyakomoamaa Difie, Nana Akua Arkoh, Dr Osei Kwame Despite’s mother and loyal customers of Ghana Post.
In February, Ghana Post, through the Vals on Wheels Promo, promised to serve Ghanaians at deeply discounted rates. The cost for delivery on campus is 10gh cedis, vendor 25gh, Accra 30gh and 20gh for Kumasi. Last year, the Vals on Wheel Promo allowed many Ghanaians to send gifts of love to their partners, family and friends.
